Homage to the Guru, Deva, Dakini! The Guru whose blessings do not depend on others, the Yidam deity whose accomplishments are never delayed, the Dakinis whose activities are unimpeded, I prostrate to Padmasambhava, the essence of non-duality. The impure city of the three existences, the realm of iron, with the nectar of accomplishment of the excellent path of the two stages, transforming it into the pure gold of wisdom, here I explain the methods and instructions of the practice manual. Therefore, to practice the approach and accomplishment of Lama Sangwa Dupa, one should practice in stages. The preliminaries, the main part, the conclusion, and the benefits. First, the individual who is the basis, with the thought of definitely arising from samsara, cherishing others more than oneself, and trusting in the supreme vehicle. Having fully received the four empowerments from a qualified Lama and abiding by the samayas. Being skilled in the instructions of practice. Being able to accomplish through abundant diligence.

In the center, the guru father and mother, bodhicitta, and the nectar blessed by the medicine practice are arranged. The mirror is smeared with sindhura. The letters "Dharma arises, Hari Nisa" (藏文:ཆོས་འབྱུང་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་,梵文天城体:dharma udbhava hrih ni sa,梵文罗马拟音:dharma udbhava hrih ni sa,汉语字面意思:法生 啥 日 尼 萨) and the letters for the practice and recitation are written in capital letters. The skull is covered with nectar, and a white and red silk tent is erected. Therefore, the mirror is smeared with wine and sindhura, and the mantra syllables are written with the heads facing outwards. On the skull, the mantras are covered facing upwards. A red silk is placed, and a white silk is placed on top of it, or a tent is erected. On top of that, on the low table of the mandala, the glorious and magnificent torma is arranged. The mandala of the secret assembly is shaped, and a dark blue silk tent is erected. Therefore, the practice torma is a radiant jewel, with wings erected on the left, right, and back, smeared with purplish-red color, decorated with four lotus petals and a lotus seat, with the sun, moon, jewel, and Pata Meri tree leaves and lotus at the top, and the heart mantra Hum, etc., adorning it beautifully. The mandala is erected with a dark blue silk tent. On the previous nectar and practice torma, the lineage of practice substances should also be placed. Finally, the outer and inner offerings are arranged. The protector torma is placed in the north, and the life arrow and colored arrow are placed in the west. Therefore, in front of the practice torma, the offering torma is arranged, a radiant jewel, with the same shape and decorations as the practice torma. Around the first layer, in front is the mother's torma, with two corners, surrounded by ten round tormas. The outer layer consists of the four great powerful lords, with four tormas identical to the main glorious torma, and four dakini tormas of the same shape surrounding it. The outer layer consists of four gatekeepers, with four round tormas. In front is the longevity vase, surrounded by three layers of stacked keys, adorned with purplish-red color and decorations, surrounded by all kinds of food. To its right is nectar mixed with sugarcane, and to its left is a kapala bowl filled with blood, containing pure blood, etc. Around it are the outer offerings, etc. In the north, the protector torma is placed, with three corners, with ten attendants on the right, eight identical to itself. The treasure guardian's torma, with three corners, has nine main and attendant deities. Both are decorated with keys, meats, hearts, and effigies, etc. If the rope of dualistic clinging is broken internally, it is not necessary, but for beginners who are not in this situation, it is taken from any practice ritual, and according to the land situation or convenience, door signs and cairns, etc., are made.
