After Shri Singha spoke those tantras to Vairochana, he asked, "Are you satisfied now?" He replied, "I am not satisfied." Then he offered a can of gold dust and seven golden book leaves, and made many prostrations and circumambulations. He requested, "Please grant me the meaning of what you said before, which is effortless, naturally liberated, and can be seen directly in this very moment." The master Shri Singha was very pleased and smiled, and in the assembly hall of Dhahana, relying on the illuminating precious jewel, he fully conferred the complete empowerment of the regent, and gave the ten volumes of the magical instructions. He conferred the empowerment of the three spontaneous perfections and gave the instructions for the union of body, speech, and mind.
