Received (blessing) from the letter 'YA.' When the Buddha's teachings have not yet flourished and matured, the teachings of the three-robed demons shake the land of Tibet. Many who wear yellow robes are demonic incarnations without Dharma. When the Hor (Mongols), Sogdians, and Turks flourish, in this land of Tibet, wrong views, wrong practices, and wrong teachings will prevail. In the midst of self-appearing delusion, the recognition of the Dharmakaya (chos sku) is established. Though claiming to be excellent in view and meditation, one is deluded in the bardo. Though striving diligently in practice, one revolves in the three realms. Illusory wealth and sacred Dharma are traded. Transgressing commands, discipline is relaxed, and oath-breakers abound. At that time, beings wander in the lower realms like herds driven astray. However, from the emanation of my mind, a hidden and uncertain protector of beings will arise. From the land of Kham (present-day Garzê Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan), one named Nyima Drakpa (Sun Fame) will appear. This Dharma, when practiced, will reach the ultimate of the four visions. Those who see and hear will be placed in a state of no return. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Treasure Seal! Hidden Seal! Profound Seal! Secret Seal! Mouth-seal! Guhya! Oath) Seal! Seal! Seal! I, the beggar Ban Khampa Nyima Drakpa, invited (this text) from Sermo Dzong in Kham (present-day Garzê Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan) in the Wood Tiger year (1914), and copied it from yellow paper in the first part of the autumn month of the Iron Monkey year (1920). Mangalam! Mangalam! The Direct Transcendence Heart Teaching, pointing out the Dharmakaya.
