The History of Dharma. The History of Dharma. The History of Dharma from the Nectar Drops of the Sacred Dharma. According to the instructions of Guru Rinpoche, this is a scroll written by me, the translator. Homage to the Bhagavan, the Seven Tathagatas. Furthermore, to briefly recount the history of this Dharma, when I, along with the early and later ordained Sangha of Tibet, were practicing the worship of the Seven Tathagatas like the Abbot Rinpoche. I, Kluwang Sung, said to my two friends, Namnying and Vairo, "In order to prevent this sacred Dharma from being completely lost, and because the prophecies state that the teachings will rise and fall under a king named after an animal, we must find a way to make it indestructible. Therefore, let us bury the aspiration prayers, sutras, and offering rituals of the Seven Tathagatas in a secluded place for practice and make aspirations." My friend Vairo said, "That is excellent; it is appropriate to consult the Great Master." Accordingly, they offered a golden mandala to the Great Master, who said, "On the tenth day of the Monkey Month, ensure that the interdependent connections are not reversed." At that time, on the throne of Gewu in Chimphu, the seat and offerings for the Great Master were arranged. When the king and his son, the abbot, ministers, and faithful ones were seated, the Great Master said, "All of you should remember the true aspirations of the Seven Tathagatas from the past and prostrate towards the east. Also, generate love for all sentient beings. I too will earnestly invoke the aspiration prayers of the Seven Tathagatas." Having spoken, the Great Master entered into samadhi. The Abbot, the Dharma King and his son, and all of us acted according to his instructions. In that very instant, the Seven Tathagatas, liberators and protectors, appeared from the expanse of the sky like a radiant rainbow, along with Manjushri, Vajrapani, and many other Bodhisattva retinues. Seeing them directly, each of us removed our ornaments and scattered them in all directions, offering many prayers of confession and purification of obscurations. In particular, the Abbot chanted many songs of remembrance of the Buddha and lamentations of renunciation. With tears covering our faces, we prayed with fervent devotion. At that moment, the Great Master raised his right hand towards the sky and uttered, "Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah)"

Having said Hūṃ Phat (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) Phat (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), the retinue dissolved into the main deity, and the main deity transformed into a blue light and dissolved into the crown of the head of the Great Master. Then, Abbot Śāntarakṣita said to the Great Master: Great Master, I have studied the Dharma since I was young, and in particular, I have practiced the offering ritual of the Seven Tathāgatas according to the scriptures. However, I have never seen the face of the Buddha directly except for today. Today, I feel that it is through the kindness of the precious Master that I have seen the Tathāgatas with their retinue. Now, if I pass away from this life without any hindrance and am reborn in the realm of the King of Medicine, I have made a prayer for this, and may it be accomplished through the power of you, the compassionate Master. After saying this, the Great Master said: Bodhisattva, since you are a Bodhisattva who takes birth for the sake of the teachings and beings, do not aspire to a pure realm. Do not fear the place of the lower realms, but make great prayers for the sake of the six types of beings who reach the end of space, and especially for the benefit of the Tibetan people, who are the field of taming for the two of us. Now, may all the prayers you have made be fulfilled, and when you are born in the realm of Vaiḍūrya light, please know and continuously protect the rulers and subjects of the present Tibet. Then, I, Kluwang of the Khon family, offered a maṇḍala made of many kinds of precious jewels and said: Alas, precious Master, we Tibetan monks, and especially I, since receiving the permission of the Great Abbot, have been practicing the offering ritual of the Seven Tathāgatas until today. However, even a pure vision in a dream has been difficult to achieve. Today, Guru Rinpoche, through your compassion, I have miraculously seen the Tathāgatas with their retinue. Since all the deities I saw dissolved into you, Great Master, you are no different from our teacher Śākyamuni in the past. This is the same meaning as what is said in many scriptures such as the Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra, so I rejoice and praise. In the past, even when the Blessed One was alive, one could directly see the Tathāgatas, the retinue, and all the Bodhisattvas. This was the power of the Buddha, and since everything I have seen today is your power, I rejoice and praise. May all the six types of beings in the three times, until the end of space,
