If attachment and hatred arise, then antidotes such as aversion and love, for beings, two thoughts will not arise in the mind at the same time. Just as various clouds, dissolve into the expanse of the sky. Initially, there is luminosity, accompanied by sudden awakening, later it naturally ceases, then what antidote should be practiced? Due to the habitual tendencies of ignorance and delusion, the mind appears like an illusion, the unwise person is like adjusting a plow. Practicing antidotes is truly laughable! The mind's own nature is luminosity, even if it arises, it is impermanent, how can sudden awakening be permanent? Therefore, do not practice antidotes, nor is it practicing without antidotes. The yogi does not cling to characteristics, nor does he think that this and that contradict each other. Practice itself is also endless, non-contrived like the sky. Samadhi arising from concepts is flawed. Nor is it thinking of non-contrivance. If directly, without discrimination, it continues, it is called practice. Because non-discrimination is originally present, removing superimpositions is practice. Because there are no superimpositions, there is nothing to remove. If the unadulterated self-luminosity has not arisen, if one forcibly practices non-discrimination, then non-discrimination itself is the cause of obscuration. For example, medicine that has not been digested is heavier than the disease itself. Therefore, if the mind recognizes itself, then effortlessly practicing, it is said to cut off superimpositions. If one does not understand like illusion and water moon, then one cannot fully understand appearance and emptiness. If one recognizes that the mind's own nature is appearance and emptiness, then naturally love will arise for beings. If a thought like water moon arises, without the distinction of self and other, that is the practice of great bliss. If interrupted by conceptual thoughts, the samadhi of joy and bliss will deteriorate. For the practitioners of the Mudra school, if a feeling of happiness arises, by the power of the gathering of causes and conditions, conceptual thoughts will not arise. Therefore, the yogi should focus on the samadhi of happiness, practicing non-dual great bliss. If one places the mind in the samadhi of happiness, that is quiescence. In it, there are joy, supreme joy, joy of separation, and co-emergent joy, but they do not go beyond quiescence, only the happiness of body and mind. If one expands with the meaning of great bliss, it will become superior insight. If someone thinks that in the Dharma nature of happiness, practicing emptiness is co-emergent joy, that is the path of subsequent attainment. That is the yoga of individual thinking, happiness... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There isn't even the name 'Great Bliss'. From the ocean of luminosity and bliss, Understand joy and happiness as the form of waves. That itself is meditating on emptiness. What is happiness and mental happiness? If you understand that its nature is emptiness, Logic and so on are meaningless. Just as water becomes clear, And fish quickly leap, Likewise, from the nature of clear emptiness, Various cognitions arise and cease. If you nourish the container and its contents (referring to the world and its beings) with great bliss, Even if you let the mind like an elephant run wild, It will return if it cannot find a place. When you see new things, If you nourish happiness with that thing, Then even distraction itself is not distraction. Because you know that actions are of equal taste (referring to experiencing the essence of all actions as the same), Coming and going itself is not coming and going. Because you nourish with the cause and effect of no-birth, Therefore, arising itself is not arising. Because you nourish with cessation and absorption, Therefore, cessation itself is not cessation. (ཆ) Whenever you experience the non-conceptual bliss of bhaga (藏文:བྷ་ག་,梵文天城体:भग,梵文罗马拟音:bhaga,汉语字面意思:female genitalia), Whenever you experience the bliss from the image in a mirror, Whenever you experience the bliss from the heat of tummo, Whenever you experience the bliss from playing, watching, holding hands, Kissing, embracing, experience the supreme bliss. Even if you experience non-conceptual bliss, If you do not nourish it with great bliss, there is no enlightenment. Vajradhara said this, and it is established by valid cognition. You should nourish with bliss and emptiness. The essential meaning of 'nourishing' is, Not only to regard the object of focus as an illusion, But also to manifest your own experience as an illusion. Nourishing awareness in that is called 'nourishing'. Cutting off each thought is nourishing. Therefore, there is no nourishing with subsequent inference meditation. The mandala of knowable things, free from elaboration, In that directly perceived appearance, a vast state arises. Therefore, 'nourishing' is explained as an action. The king of antidotes is direct perception. Logics that are free from one and free from many, Are not necessary for luminous awareness. Once direct perception finds the elephant, Is it still necessary to look for the elephant's footprints? For the direct perception of the appearance of great bliss, There is no need to search for scriptures and subsequent inference. Because experience is the nature of things, There is no doubt of explaining and observing. Because you do not cling to anything, There is no doubt of superimposition. Because you nourish with the great bliss of the container and its contents, There is no doubt of arising from the enemy of afflictions. Regarding actions, whether doing or having done, You do not cling to good or bad, Because there is no difference from dreaming a dream, There is no doubt of the three lower realms. Whatever you develop conviction in, If you know that it is the appearance of great bliss, There is no need to look for other antidotes. In the mind that has let go of effort, It naturally abides in accomplishment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
