Ah Mang! Those who cultivate patience mostly attain accomplishment. Similar to the Nyingma school, yet not entirely the same. The Gelug school (Riwo Gandenpa) emphasizes scholarship. They enjoy analytical meditation and delight in debate. The beauty of their conduct captivates everyone. They gather in large numbers, are wealthy, and diligently study scriptures. The Sakya school, which primarily focuses on recitation and practice. Through the power of recitation and meditation, blessings enter abundantly. They uphold their own views and maintain excellent daily commitments. Regardless of who they compete with, they all possess their own strengths. Ema! The four schools of Tibetan Buddhism. Their source of meaning is the same, but their beliefs manifest differently. Whichever school one joins, if one practices diligently according to its principles, One will generate the qualities of both scholarship and accomplishment. Like siblings from the same parents, Cultivate mutual harmony, respect, and pure perception. Hold your own tradition as supreme, and avoid criticizing others. If you act in this way, it will also benefit the teachings. Written by Mipham on the thirtieth day of the first month of the Fire Monkey year, may it be auspicious! Homage to Manjushri, the courageous one of wisdom! I will explain the essential instructions of Trekchö. Leave awareness in its unaltered, natural state. Steadily observe its essence. Regarding the fixation on "this is this, that is that." There is no form whatsoever. Experience the inexpressible nature itself. This spontaneous, uninterrupted manifestation. Is the natural flow of genuine essence. It is the meaning of the inconceivable Dharmata. Self-luminous nature is superior insight. The view is the mountain-like stability of "Cog bzhag". Remaining in that state of being. There is no meditation, nor is there distraction. Without engaging in negation, affirmation, discrimination, or speculation, Relax into the genuine, natural state. Unstained by the bonds of contrived effort, This is the meditation of the natural state of Dharmata. The yogi abides in the realm of the King of Space. Meditation is the ocean-like stability of "Cog bzhag". When abiding in this way, inwardly. Various thoughts flow. Outwardly, whatever appearances arise, Without negating or affirming, leave them as they are. If you do not forget the natural state of essence, Then whatever arises will appear without benefit or harm. There is no calculation of good or bad, acceptance or rejection. Conduct is the appearance-like stability of "Cog bzhag". Having become accustomed, all phenomena of appearance and existence. Are perfected into the single bindu of awareness and emptiness. Everything is complete within its state. This is the effortless, spontaneous accomplishment. The relinquishing and accepting produced by effort are exhausted. There is no hope or fear of samsara or nirvana. The primordial nature is manifested. The result is the unwavering awareness of "Cog bzhag". The instruction possessing the four "Cog bzhag".

। The ultimate view of Trekchö, if endowed with the key points, liberation is instantaneous. Supreme glorious Manjushri, born from the wisdom ocean of Mipham Manjushri's delight in the Water Snake month. Furthermore, the wisdom body of youthful Manjushri, connect it to the heart and focus. The ultimate instruction section of Dzogchen, explaining the practice of Tögal Trekchö. In the great expanse of luminous awareness, in order to make it manifest, the body's key points are to have three postures, the key point of breath is to exhale slowly from the mouth. The key point of the place is the sky, free from conditions, the key point of the door is to look back and sideways. By holding the four key points, immediately, the spontaneously accomplished sound of the three bodies of awareness, the indigo space is vast and has five lights, round circles, bindus with circumferences. The sound of awareness is like a string of sheep intestines, if it is not separated from the key point of appearance, then the sheep intestines are included in the realm of space. The key point of mind is Trekchö's settling and, the manifest nature of seeing luminosity, that self-born lamp of wisdom, is able to perfect the three bodies of self. First on the sun, moon, and butter lamp, relying on the unreliant self-arising, without the need for mental thought, cognitive experience, the path of seeing can be measured, and the inner awareness ripens into the body. Obstructed dissolves into the inner space, the ultimate meaning of Buddhahood is accomplished. Co-emergent thoughts and wind, without applying remedies, let them grow long, based on the three unmoving, held by the measure of the three abidings. Signs appear in body, speech, and mind, the nail of the three is hammered in. By Ajita. The practice song of the Great Perfection's view, the music of the lute.
