In summary, the king who sends madness, the nāgas who send leprosy, the mātaras who send epidemics, and the eight classes of arrogant gods, relying on them to accomplish various activities such as hail and bad omens, are the activities that rely on the eight Kīla, etc. Thus, the main fierce mantras of Kīla, and what emanates from them, the various activities of curses and evil mantras of ṛṣis and arrogant gods, if they can become nourishment for the benefit and happiness of beings and the growth of the tantric teachings, then mantra practitioners who possess skillful means, bodhicitta, and wisdom should properly put them into practice. These are brief descriptions of the methods of activities. Here it is said: Omniscient, all-lord, loving to all, Padmasambhava, Padma Gyalpo, etc., Dharma treasure holders of the vidyādhara lineage, from the treasure of the early translation tantric teachings, the hundred-spoked illusion wheel with substances, mantras, and samādhi, possessing the unbearable fierce fire of activities, manifesting as the one who consumes blood and bones, appearing as the antidote to subdue opponents and asuras, the precious realm of the victorious teachings, the source of benefit and happiness, the fierce iron fortress of power as a protector, the lion's roar praised by all the vidyādharas, unparalleled in the three realms, famously renowned. By the virtue of striving in this way, may all who participate here destroy the obstacles on the true path, the battle of the four māras, become the glorious Yama's slayer, and liberate limitless beings from demons. This was also written by the incomparable representative of the Jā wa Padmasambhava, the fearless great scholar Kunkhyen Dorje Ziji, because he gave the command to "write such words," I wear this wish-fulfilling jewel on my head, and relying on it, from many reliable documents such as the texts of the Tsedak Recitation, I have condensed the essential instructions into a profound and clear form. This was completed on the fourth day of the month of miracles in the Iron Snake year of Rabjung, by the one who was empowered with the name "Suppression of Delightful Power" by the command of the supreme and incomparable guru, may this cause the precious tantric teachings to flourish in all directions. Since the profound key points of the fierce mantras are written according to the oral instructions of the vidyādhara lineage, do not let them fall into the hands of those without vows, samaya, seal!
