In short, regarding the three aspects of ground, path, and fruition: First, all phenomena that appear are the mandala of Samantabhadra, spontaneously accomplished in its own nature. Its nature, emptiness free from all extremes, is the mandala of Samantabhadri, just as it is. These two, their essence inseparable, abide in equality, and all dharmas are established in the mandala of the great bliss bodhichitta of the sons. Second, although such mandalas are primordially inseparable from one's own mind, and all dharmas are complete within them, due to the imprints of the three appearances, grasping and fixation arise as conditions, and various good and bad choices appear, creating obscurations of attachment. To clear away these obscurations, one applies key points to the channels, winds, and bindus, cultivating the means to manifest the wisdom of great bliss. Thus, on the path of accumulation, desire arises in the mind; on the path of joining, great lineages open; on the path of seeing, great breaths are emitted; on the path of meditation, great teachings are attained; and one progresses gradually until the path of no more learning is completed with great skill. Third, in general, completion is the attainment of Buddhahood on the ground of the ultimate, like the body of the great bliss vajra, with the qualities of abandonment and realization fully perfected. Third, regarding the ground, path, and fruition of Ati Yoga: First, it is established that all dharmas are primordially abiding as the essence of the single bindu of self-arisen wisdom of equality. That is, all dharmas are merely appearances in one's own mind, but the nature of appearance is not established anywhere and abides in falsity. Mind itself is the essence of emptiness, the dharmakaya; the nature of clarity, the sambhogakaya; and compassion, the all-pervading nirmanakaya, the nature of the three kayas, naturally abiding. In the state of primordial purity and spontaneous accomplishment, without separation, all dharmas of samsara and nirvana are without acceptance or rejection, abiding in the vast mandala of spontaneously accomplished equality. Second, having realized this, by placing the wisdom of one's own original state in a way that is free from activity, without affirmation or negation, and without acceptance or rejection, the meaning of dharmata will gradually manifest as it is. Although it seems similar to using effortless, self-arisen wisdom as the path, there are the practices of non-conceptual primordial purity, such as the four ways of resting, and the practices of conceptual spontaneous accomplishment, such as the visions of Tögal.

Through the three appearances and so forth, error is reversed at the base, and the four visions are brought to completion. Third, the result is that in the state of the wisdom guru, one is non-dual with the all-pervading, primordial protector Samantabhadra, the nature of self-awareness, bodhicitta, is free from all adventitious obscurations, realization and abandonment are brought to completion, and one abides in freedom from decrease and increase. In the Great Perfection, the Mind Series primarily teaches the view of establishing the nature of self-awareness, bodhicitta, and the Space Series primarily teaches the practice of resting equally without artifice in the manner of the pervasion of samsara and nirvana by the five great expanses of wisdom. These two primarily emphasize the way of practicing the meaning of original purity. The Instruction Series is so called because it establishes the wisdom of self-existing luminosity as manifest to the senses, and without straying or error, grasps the key point of reality, and it mainly teaches the practice of spontaneous presence. Each of these also contains extremely many classifications of how to establish the divisions of the path, which should be learned from the tantras and the other great treasuries well explained by the omniscient Longchenpa. Although divided into extremely many categories in this way, in essence, it is the very self-originated wisdom that is the union of original purity and spontaneous presence. It is crucial to settle into one's own state, free from the veils of the mind, and to enter into it in a way that is free from effort. There, all vehicles and philosophical systems are brought to completion. Here it is said: In this explanation, which gathers together the key points of the philosophical systems of the Wish-Fulfilling Treasury, not even the slightest unprecedented distinction is taught, but for those who are beginners, what is the need to look at the vast treasury of reasoning? Having become familiar with this, then, properly view the intent of the texts that widely unfold the reasoning of the philosophical systems. This is a summary in accordance with the intent of the self-commentary of the Wish-Fulfilling Treasury, and at times it also slightly supplements the content of the Treasury of Philosophical Systems. Without gathering the extraneous words of other texts, but from one's own pure text, without one's own fabrication, the one who clearly sets it forth in few words is Mipham Namgyal. May this also benefit the teaching and learning of the texts, and through virtue, may it establish all beings in the state of Manjushri the Hero. Auspicious! Auspicious!
