谁修持？若未至寿命之终尽，则寿命之主莲师亦不知。谁如法实修？于寿命得自在无疑虑。然恐落入罪人手，故于非心子者皆保密。此乃甚深之究竟。如是说。 如是甚深口诀要义文，乃邬金我之心髓精华，无有比此更深者，故藏为伏藏。又如南方伏藏珍宝果实般，为伏藏主之利益，藏于天梯岩中。未来五十年争斗时，交付于正法之主宝生洲（Ratna gling）。如是说。总而言之，无论为自利、他利、调伏所化、事业，瑜伽士若长寿，则一切如愿成就。故当精勤修持寿命。此乃莲花王之誓言。如是说。当向具法统之子传授口耳传承，如教奉行，则得成就。如是说。邬金仁波切如是说，卡钦匝（mkhar chen bza'）书写成文后，于未来末世，与具缘者相遇时，愿利乐事业、教法究竟兴盛。如是金刚谛语，附带印封后，作为伏藏隐藏。之后，从洛扎（lho brag）（不丹境内）天梯处，伏藏师国王热那林巴（Ratna gling pa）于狗年马月一日取出。依此甚深法，为使以持教大德们和护法大施主们为代表的众生之寿命之妙树长久稳固，瑜伽士们进行念修，以及在普通的超度仪式中，进行寿命修法和积累十万供等，将零散的母字和子字汇集在一起，我认为作为有益的支分，故以伏藏原文之仪轨为基础。 于此，如口传血脉传承之仪轨未衰减般补足，并加入适时之衔接新补充，编纂成可读之仪轨《赐予寿命自在如意宝》，此乃莲花生大士之奴仆麦彭蒋扬嘉贝多杰（mi pham 'jam dpal dgyes pa'i rdo rje）所著。于绕迥木羊年藏历四月之初一，吉祥日开始，用三天时间在协庆丹尼达吉林（zhe chen bstan gnyis dar rgyas gling）完成了正文和支分之仪轨。愿以此令所有进入此道者

Who accomplishes it? If one has not reached the end of one's life, even the Lord of Life, Padmasambhava, does not know. Who takes it into practice properly? There is no doubt about gaining power over life. However, since it could fall into the hands of a sinful person, keep it secret from everyone who is not a heart-son. This is the ultimate of the profound. Thus it is said. Thus, this profound instruction with key points is the heart essence of my, Orgyen's, mind. There is nothing deeper than this, so it is hidden as a treasure. Also, like a precious fruit of the southern treasure, for the benefit of the treasure owner, it is hidden in the rock of the sky ladder. In the future, during the time of the fifty conflicts, it will be entrusted to Ratna Lingpa, the lord of the Dharma. Thus it is said. In short, whatever one accomplishes for one's own benefit, the benefit of others, taming beings, or activities, if a yogi has a long life, whatever is desired will be accomplished. Therefore, one should diligently practice longevity. This is the final word of the King Padma. Thus it is said. The oral transmission should be passed on to sons who uphold the teachings. By practicing according to the command, one will attain accomplishment. Thus it is said. As Orgyen Rinpoche said, Kharchen Zangmo wrote it down. In the future, at the end of time, when meeting with a fortunate one, may the benefit of beings and the teachings flourish to the end. Thus, with the vajra truth and seal of entrustment, it was made and hidden as a treasure. Later, from the sky ladder of Lhodrak, the treasure revealer king Ratna Lingpa invited it on the first day of the horse month of the dog year. Relying on this profound Dharma, for the sake of the long and stable life of the excellent tree of life of all beings, represented by the holy holders of the teachings and the great patrons of the teachings, the yogis perform recitation and accomplishment, and in ordinary funeral rites, perform longevity practices and accumulate one hundred thousand offerings, etc. Seeing that it would be beneficial to gather the scattered mother and son letters into one place, the treasure text's practice manual itself was taken as the basis. There, the unbroken practice of the lineage was supplemented as it was, and new connections were added as appropriate, and it was compiled into a readable ritual called "Bestowing the Glory of Desired Longevity Empowerment." This was written by Mipham Jampal Gyepe Dorje, a servant of the victorious Padma. It was started on the first day of the fourth month of the Wood Sheep year, on an auspicious day, and completed in three days at Dzogchen Tenzin Dargyeling with the main text and supplementary documents. As parts of this, there are: the practice of the clear manifestation of the empty offering, the blessing of Padling's light cord, the blessing of the Vidyadhara, the fulfillment of the death lord demon destroyer, the lineage prayer, the separate use of the recitation and visualization of the inner practice, and the prayer offering of the Dharma protector. The main text and its parts contain the number of precious royal affairs, and the assembly of these fulfills all the necessary purposes. MANGALAM! OM SWASTI! The Nada sound that accomplishes Tshepame (Amitayus), The life of the indestructible Vajra that pervades the Dharmadhatu. The accomplished master Padmasambhava, Hidden in the essence of the precious fruit of the southern treasure. 1. The great treasure revealer Ratna Lingpa, who is free from disputes, In order to stabilize the mountain of immortal life, The Dharma that was miraculously brought as a guarantee for the benefit of the teachings and beings, The nectar of the fortunate Vidyadharas is accomplished. 2. Seeing the extraordinary need for this, Again, Jampal Dorje (Manjushri Vajra) With Dharma eyes free from dust, measured it completely. Such a method of Dharma is more precious than the wealth of the three realms. 3. By giving this Dharma, the result is the immortal realm, The peaceful protector, the Lama Khenchen father and sons, And all those who uphold the teachings, May the lotus feet live on the throne of Vajra. 4. Myself, my parents, siblings, and all those connected, May we all become like the Bhagavan Tshepame (Amitayus), May we become like that and for the benefit of all beings without bias, May the merit of doing great deeds flourish. 5. May all the barbarian border wars be pacified, May the power of the righteous king increase and flourish, May the vast kingdom of the precious teachings, May the sacred light adorn the world. This is said at this time when the nature of the five degenerations is manifested, when beings are impoverished by the six possessions, and the suffering of greed and attachment is especially increasing, seeing that they experience great decline in this life and the next without interruption due to the evil thoughts and actions of harming each other, I am very compassionate. Relying on this particularly excellent golden Dharma profound instruction, it is a supreme method and power to accumulate a great collection of merit in this life and the next, so I place the stainless words of the peaceful protector Vajradhara Mipham Nampar Gyalwa on my crown.
