Also the nature of Dharma! Here it is said: Eloquent in composition and profound in meaning, Although many good sayings of the wise are nearby, Because it is difficult for ordinary people to understand, with composition, How should one speak clearly and understandably? Saying "It is better to read the latter" and being content, The four reliances are reversed, Now even if one speaks according to the treatises of Indian scholars, Whose ears will it please? However, those who do not rely on others and have discernment, Those in their hearts are like salt in water, Merging into it, without any chance of doubt, Like gold taken from the mud, from the afflictions of karma, From my mouth, which is full, this good saying, Whatever merit is gained from spreading it well, May it eliminate the darkness of ignorance of infinite beings, May I become the sun of Dharma! This is because the virtuous friend Sukama repeatedly urged, Therefore, from the great scholar of the five sciences, the one with the name of glory, I received the explanation and transmission of this method, and saw all the Chinese commentaries existing in Tibet, and most of the good sayings composed by Tibetan scholars, And having clearly manifested their meanings in my mind, Jamyang Nampar Gyalwa started writing in the autumn of the Earth Tiger year of Rabjung, during breaks, And completed it on the thirteenth of that month, may whoever sees this book, without any doubt, realize the truth of the Great Vehicle Madhyamaka! May there be auspiciousness! By the power of the three extraordinary wisdoms, From the freedom of the Sugata's teachings and realizations, The virtuous lineage of the precious two Bodhicittas, May the peaceful deity of giving ripen, With practice and view, the Indian treatises, Like lapis lazuli in the center of many, The extraordinary treatise "Entering the Bodhisattva's Way of Life", Indian and Tibetan scholars have explained it hundreds of times. The essence to be obtained or realized is, Because it is Prajnaparamita itself, Other branches are devoted to this, What is profound and difficult to measure, and indicates, Although the excellent predecessors have explained it, However, the eye of wisdom is narrow, the essential points of the treatise, It is difficult to clearly determine, therefore even the wise are often confused. Therefore, the treatise on valid cognition has not been altered, Relying on the holy words of impartial valid cognition, Possessing the intelligence of powerful valid cognition, Not contradicting the words of the teachings, May the teachings

Great fortune to the work of embellishment! Whatever good words of the wise Mipam, in order to perfectly understand the meaning of the noble ones without error, for the sake of the wise who possess reason to fully realize it. The craftsmanship of emanating countless from one, by the virtuous friend Ngawang Shakya, with material support and faithful companions, diligently accomplishing the good commentary as an ornament. May that virtue pervade all beings in the sky, may the practice of giving and so on reach its culmination, may the reality of the two truths be realized, and may the wisdom of the Sugata be attained! Thus, in this virtuous direction, spoken by Jamyang Lekpai Lodro, connected with faith and diligence, with slight modifications. Sarva dā kalyāṇaṃ bhava tu. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) May all times be auspicious!
