If categorized, there are calculations for the living and calculations for the deceased, with twenty pebbles cast, and then the funerary rites for the deceased, equipped with one hundred and nine pebbles. If one wishes to elaborate, one should take from authoritative texts such as the White Beryl. This, being in accordance with the local customs and times, is a distillation of the essence of practical application, namely year 1, month 2, day 3, time 4, spar 5, mewa 6, planets 7, constellations 8, grave 9, and the five actions for the deceased. It is explained in nine sections. First, one of the four killer years. It is inauspicious when the four killers of the year and month meet. It is called loss of life, death, and grave reversal, which are bad. For this, perform pacifying rituals, killer offerings, and the practice of that spar, be sure to master it. The deceased, iron four fire eight one. Reversal, iron four fire eight, and the heavenly year iron four fire eight, whichever is encountered, is immediately bad. Perform grave repair, death offerings, and severance rituals. Furthermore, there is also the following explanation. Ox and Tiger are Gold, Dragon and Snake are Loss, Sheep and Monkey are Khon, Rat and Pig are Ken. They are called New Deceased, Deceased, Hand Living, and Shaking. If clashing with the enemy planet, there will be misfortune. If an old man or old woman, or three harmonious people die, there will be misfortune. If a young person dies in the seven-killer position, there will be misfortune. If a child dies in the four-killer position, there will be misfortune. Therefore, father, uncle, and elder brother are successively bad. For the old man, make thirteen feasts, and diligently engage in scripture, tsa-tsa, and white Dharma activities. Dying in the Dragon month, it is bad for those born in the Ox year to die in the Snake month, it is bad for those born in the Monkey year to die in the Horse month, and it is bad for those born in the Rabbit year.
