ཞེས་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་པའི་རྒྱུད་ལས་སོ། །ཡང་ཕོ་བ་གླང་ཐབས་ལ། སྔགས་མཁན་གྱི་ལག་པ་ལ་སྔགས་འདི་བཏབ། ཨོཾ་ནག་པོ་ས་ཏི་ཁས། ཁའི་བྱས་འདུག་བརྟགས། དེ་ནས་ལག་པ་བཀྲུས་པའི་དྲི་ཡི་ཆུ་ལ། ཨོཾ་ཀྲུག་ལེ་ཀྲུག་ལེ་དོན་སྙིང་ལ་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ སྟོང་བཟླས་ཁོང་དུ་བཏང་བས་ཐུབ། དེ་ཡང་ནད་པ་སྐྱེས་པ་ལ་སྔགས་མཁན་གྱི་ལག་པ་གཡས་པ་དང་། བུད་མེད་ཡིན་ན་གཡོན་པ་བཀྲུ་དགོས་སོ། །ཡང་གཅིག །དུག་ཨུ་པ་ར་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ སྲོག་ཚིག་ནན་རྦདཿ དུ་ཡ་དུ་ཡ་ཤིག་ཤིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ ཞེས་ཚྭ་ལ་སྔགས་བཏབ་སྟེ་བཏང་བས་གླང་ཐབས་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གླང་ཐབས་སོགས་གཟེར་གྱི་ནད་རིགས་གང་ཡིན་ཡང་། ནད་པ་ཆུ་དང་ནད་སྦལ་ལྕོང་དུ་བསམས་ནས་རང་ཡི་དམ་གསལ་བའི་འོད་ཀྱིས་ནད་ཕྱིར་ཕྱུངས་པར་བསམས་ལ། ཨོཾ་མར་མར་ཤིག་ཤིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ ཞེས་སྔགས་ཆུའམ་ཕུས་བཏབ་པས་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཟབ། ཡང་གླང་ཐབས་ལ། རང་གི་སྲིན་མཛུབ་གསེར་གྱི་རྡོ་རྗེར་བསམ་ལ། སྔགས་འདི་མང་དུ་བཏབ། ཨོཾ་གཤིན་རྗེ་ཆུ་གླང་བཅིབས་པ་ཏི་ཐི་སོདཿ སྲིན་མཛུབ་ཀྱིས་ལྟེ་བར་བསྐོར་ཞིང་ལྟེ་དཀྱིལ་གཏད་པས། འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས་ནད་གདོན་བསྡུས་ནས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལ་ཐིམ། ནད་དྲུངས་ནས་ཞི་བར་བསམ་མོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཟབ་བོ། །མི་ཕྱུགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་མའི་ནད་སེལ་བ།སུ་རུ་སུ་རུ་མ་མ་ཀུ་རུ་ལོ་ཡ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཆུ་ལ་སྟོང་བཟླས་ཏེ་བཏང་བས་མི་ཕྱུགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་ནད་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཁྲུ་བ་གཅོད་པའི་སྔགས་ནི། པ་ཏི་པ་ཏི་ཙ་ན་ཐུཾ་ཐུཾ་ཧྲད་ཧྲདཿ འདིས་ འཁྲུ་བ་ཚ་གྲང་མེད་པར་གཅོད་པར་བྱེད་ཅེས་གཏེར་མའོ། །ཡང་འཁྲུ་གཅོད། ཨོཾ་ནེར་སེང་ཡེར་རྦད་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ རང་ལ་སྔགས་བཟླས་པས་ཆོག་གཞན་ལ་སྔགས་ཆུ་བཏང་བས་འཁྲུ་བ་ཚ་གྲང་གང་ཡང་ཆོད་ངེས་སོ། །འདི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་དབུ་བཅད་མའི་སྔགས་རིམས་སྲུང་དང་ནད་བརྒྱ་སྔགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་ཡང་གསུངས་སོ། །ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་པའི་རྒྱུད་དུ་འབྲུ་གསུམ་ལ་སྔགས་དེ་བཏགས་པར་འདུག །སྐར་ཆུ་ལ་སྔགས་སྟོང་བཏབ་ཅེས་གསུངས་སོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཆུ་རྡོ་གནམ་མ་མཐོང་བ་གསུམ་སྔགས་ལ་དར་དམར་གྱིས་བཏུམས་ནས་སྐེར་བཏགས། བལ་ནག་སྲུང་སྐུད་ལ་སྔགས་ཏེ་བཏགས་ཀྱང་ཐུབ་བོ་ཞེས་གསུངས། ཡང་གཅིག །ཤིར་ཛིར་རྟུག་རྟུག་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ ཐོ་རངས་སྐར་ཆུར་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་ཏེ་འཐུང་ན་ཚ་འཁྲུ་གྲང་འཁྲུ་གཉིས་ཀ་ཆོད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་ཚ་འཁྲུ་གཅོད་པའི་སྔགས། ཨོཾ་ཀུན་དེ་ཀུན་བཾ་ལཾ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཤལ་ཤལ་ཤལ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། འབབ་ཆུ་སྣོད་ཁ་ཡར་བལྟས་ཀྱིས་བླངས་པའི་ཆུ་ལ་སྔགས་བཏབ་ནས་བཏང་བས་ཐུབ་བོ།

如是出自《一切事业续》。又，对于胃胀气，将此咒语加持于咒师的手上：嗡 纳波 萨地 卡 观其是否有效。之后，在洗手后的污水中念诵：嗡 扎格列 扎格列 顿宁拉 梭哈。念诵千遍后服用即可。此外，若病人为男性，则咒师清洗右手；若为女性，则清洗左手。又一法：度 乌巴拉亚 梭哈。命咒：南热。度亚度亚 希希 梭哈。如此加持盐后服用，则胃胀气即可平息。对于胃胀气等任何类型的刺痛疾病，观想病人为水和疾病为蛙或蝌蚪，然后观想自己本尊的光芒将疾病排出体外。念诵：嗡 玛玛 希希 梭哈。以此咒语加持水或唾液后涂抹，即可平息。又，对于胃胀气，观想自己的小指为金刚杵，并多次念诵此咒：嗡 阎魔 水牛 骑乘者 德提 梭。用小指绕着肚脐，并将指尖对准肚脐中心。观想光芒聚集疾病和邪魔，融入金刚杵中，疾病从根源上平息。此法甚深。消除人畜肠道疾病：苏如 苏如 玛玛 库如 洛亚 啪 梭哈。加持水千遍后服用，则人畜的肠道疾病即可平息。止泻咒：巴地 巴地 匝纳 吞吞 赫拉 赫拉。此咒能止住一切冷热引起的腹泻，此乃伏藏法。又，止泻：嗡 涅尔僧 耶尔热 梭哈。自己念诵咒语即可，或者加持水给他人服用，无论冷热引起的腹泻都必定能止住。此乃空行母断头者的咒语，也说是能同时预防瘟疫和治疗百病的咒语。在《一切事业续》中，据说将此咒语加持于三个字上。据说在星辰水中念诵千遍。此外，将水、石头、未见天空之物三者，用红色绸缎包裹后挂在脖子上。或者将黑色羊毛制成的护身线加持后佩戴，也能起作用。又一法：希尔 杰尔 杜格 杜格 梭哈。清晨在星辰水中念诵一百零八遍后饮用，则冷热腹泻都能止住。又，止热泻咒：嗡 昆德 昆 班 兰 勃隆 夏尔 夏尔 夏尔 梭哈。用容器向上捞取流动的水，加持咒语后服用即可。

Thus it is from the Tantra of All Actions. Also, for stomach bloating, bless the mantra practitioner's hand with this mantra: OM NAGPO SATI KHA. Observe whether it is effective. Then, in the water used to wash the hands, recite: OM TRUG LE TRUG LE DON NYING LA SVAHA. Recite it a thousand times and ingest it. Also, if the patient is male, the mantra practitioner should wash the right hand; if female, the left hand. Another method: DUG UPARAYA SVAHA. Life-force mantra: NAN RBAD. DU YA DU YA SHIG SHIG SVAHA. By blessing salt with this mantra and giving it to the patient, the stomach bloating will be pacified. For any type of piercing pain, such as stomach bloating, visualize the patient as water and the disease as a frog or tadpole, and then visualize the light of your own deity expelling the disease. Recite: OM MAR MAR SHIG SHIG SVAHA. By blessing water or saliva with this mantra and applying it, it will be pacified. Also, for stomach bloating, visualize your ring finger as a golden vajra and recite this mantra many times: OM YAMA WATER-BUFFALO RIDER TITI SOD. Circle the navel with the ring finger, pointing the fingertip at the center of the navel. Visualize the rays of light gathering the disease and evil spirits, dissolving into the vajra, and the disease being pacified from its root. This method is very profound. To eliminate intestinal diseases in humans and livestock: SURU SURU MAMA KURU LOYA PHAT SVAHA. By blessing water a thousand times and giving it to them, the intestinal diseases of humans and livestock will be pacified. The mantra to stop diarrhea is: PATI PATI TSANA THUM THUM HRAD HRAD. This stops diarrhea caused by both heat and cold, it is said to be a treasure teaching. Also, to stop diarrhea: OM NER SENG YER RBAD SVAHA. It is sufficient to recite the mantra for oneself, or by blessing water and giving it to others, it will definitely stop diarrhea caused by either heat or cold. This is the mantra of the Dakini Head-Cutter, and it is also said to be a mantra that simultaneously prevents epidemics and cures a hundred diseases. In the Tantra of All Actions, it is said that this mantra is applied to three syllables. It is said that one should recite the mantra a thousand times into star water. Furthermore, wrap water, stone, and something that has not seen the sky in red silk and hang it around the neck. Or, bless a protective cord made of black wool and wear it, it will also be effective. Another method: SHIR DZIR DUG DUG SVAHA. If one recites this one hundred and eight times into star water in the early morning and drinks it, it will stop both heat-diarrhea and cold-diarrhea. Also, the mantra to stop heat-diarrhea: OM KUNDE KUN BAM LAM BHRUM SHAL SHAL SHAL SVAHA. Take flowing water with a container facing upwards, bless it with the mantra, and give it to the patient.
