Note. Materials for perpetual accomplishment: flesh and blood or feathers of twelve years. Five kinds of colored silk. Feathers from the crown of a vulture. Blood of a male bird. Plumage of a female bird. The owl says, "Wherever it goes, it stays." Furthermore, for perpetual accomplishment, twelve trees of twelve years are needed.
