In the space before me, amidst a swirling mass of rainbows and light, in the center of a cloud-like gathering of deities, root gurus, and the three roots, Father Superior, Norbu Dradul Tsal, resides, his face beaming with joy, bestowing abundant blessings. Protector, embodiment of all Buddhas, possessor of great compassion, emanation of the glorious Great Orgyen, Lord Singchen Gyal, the unified essence of the three noble lineages, with unbearable longing and devotion, your daughter prays to you from the depths of her heart. Your mind, in the clear and unchanging state of light, constantly gathers the great clouds of love and compassion. To those disciples who are in harmony with karma and aspiration, you possess the compassion to forcefully bestow blessings. Each and every adornment of the glorious War God's form is an immeasurable mandala of deities and the three roots. By merely remembering you, one obtains the great empowerment of blessings. The father, the hero, dances to the beat of the drum, thrap se thrap. The mother, the heroine, sings her song, shar ra. The neighing of the horse, her hera, resounds, lhang se lhang. The laughter of the brave War God echoes, chem se chem. To those beings with faithful hearts, now, do not waver, do not waver, please bestow your blessings. In the radiant halo of blazing light, Great is the power to subdue the black-sided demonic enemies, Auspicious blessings are bestowed by the supreme Lion King. 1 In the very beginning of the appearance of the lotus from the mud, In the midst of the red mirror of electric light, The dragon's roar, the hero rides the wind's swift steed, I pray that all may be under your control. 2 The great, powerful, red-faced Kīla, The magical foot bends with a noose of illusion, From the treasure of illusion, the resources of the three realms are arranged, I pray that the great ones will grant empowerment. 3 The hordes of tigers, lions, dragons, garudas, and elephants, Wandering as if intoxicated by the wine of pride, After roaring as if competing with each other, Depart in a guise of concealment, I pray to you. 4 Like a form reflected from a clear crystal, In front of many, with songs of various moods, Revealing the desires of each one's mind, I pray to you to display the illusory dance and music. 5 In front of the assembly of beautiful-faced gods, Like the movement of the sun, moon, Rahu, and stars, The strength, power, and force of the wind are fiercely stirred, I pray to you to wave the banner of melodious sound. 6 On the bright face of joy and happiness, where the sun and moon blaze, In front of the victory banner that triumphs over all directions, Like the resounding dragon's roar shaking the great earth, I pray to you to suppress the great throne of victorious Dharma. 7 Like the rainbow appearing from the clouds, And like the tender lotus emerging from the mud's core, The supreme, immaculate body that delights all, including the gods, I pray to you to manifest before our very eyes. 8 All those arrogant with power bow before you, Together with their diadems and matted hair, The great host of demons proclaims the wail of defeat, I pray that the white side may be completely victorious. 9 From then on, all the pure essence of existence and peace, The wish-fulfilling jewel body that is involuntarily seized, With the nature of being constant, stable, and free from decay, I pray to you to increase the benefit and happiness of the teachings and beings. 10 Through the interdependent arising of such prayers, The king of the wrathful deities, the illusion of the three families of lotuses, Residing in the center of the youthful blue lotus of the mind, I pray to you to bestow the siddhi of accomplishing desired results as wished. 11 In the year of the Victorious Wood Dog, in the eleventh month of the Hor calendar, On the tenth day when the red-sided ḍākinīs gather, The yogi of devotion in the Hero Land, Mipham Nampar Gyalwa (Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo) well propagated this.
