能够成办二利具信者，对于持有殊胜智慧之能力者们，此甚深教言胜过如意宝，交付于汝等。彼亦知其为重大意义，不舍次第，精进修持之。如是不欺惑，确定无疑，如胜者持明之教言，体验成就之喜宴。以此善妙弘扬之福德，愿持教者众莲足永固，且由此威力，愿胜者之教法弘扬，愿安置一切众生于利益安乐之吉祥！ 此为胜生周铁兔年（1951年）五月上弦初十，于黎明之际，名为麦彭南巴嘉瓦或蒋扬给贝多杰者，于东方传播，善哉！吉祥！ 修持无死精华之殊胜方法，甘露妙瓶。

Those who are confident in being able to accomplish the two benefits, to those who possess the skill of supreme wisdom, this profound instruction, which is superior to a wish-fulfilling jewel, is entrusted to you. May they also understand it as a great meaning, and without abandoning the sequence, practice it diligently. Thus, without deception, certain and without doubt, like the instructions of the victorious vidyadharas, experience the feast of accomplishment. By the merit of spreading this method well, may the lotus feet of all the holders of the teachings be firm, and through its power, may the teachings of the Victorious One flourish, and may there be auspiciousness in establishing all beings in benefit and happiness! This was propagated in the east by one known as Mipham Nampar Gyalwa or Jamyang Khyentse Dorje, on the tenth day of the waxing moon of the fifth month of the Iron Rabbit year of the Rabjung cycle (1951), at the time of sunrise. May it be virtuous! May there be auspiciousness! The supreme method for accomplishing the immortal essence, the excellent vase of nectar.
