The bindu of great bliss resides within oneself, always abiding in a state of neither increasing nor decreasing. If it is well nourished with methods, when the pure essence of wisdom becomes powerful, like a paint that transforms iron into gold, the coarse body will transform into an indestructible vajra. All changing aggregates rely on that unchanging essence. Even when the coarse body changes and decays, the essence bindu does not change. Therefore, no matter how old and frail one becomes, if one possesses the methods and strives diligently, one will extract the indestructible nectar essence. There is nothing that cannot be accomplished. Illness is also suppressed by its power, life is lengthened and increased by it, experiences and realizations arise from it, glory and merit are generated by it, all desires of appearance and mind are controlled by it, and the Dakini of great bliss is summoned by it. In short, all qualities are accomplished, this one alone is the best of all. Material substances increase the coarse essence, and it also makes the subtle essence powerful. Mantras nourish both the subtle and coarse essences, and wind and focus awaken the subtle essence. It also increases the coarse essence. When all three are gathered together, one helps the other, and accomplishment is quickly certain.
