Therefore, mix the above-mentioned vajra water, silver stone, arura, vajra ash, dragon bone, etc., take a little internally, mix it with oil, and apply it to the body, the body will become firm and it will become an essence consumption that does not lose its radiance. Therefore, mix this with the letters that change according to the dates in each part of the body, apply it from the outside, and also take it internally. The method of dispelling obstacles is: In the texts of the Kagyu, etc., it says: The green-headed and variegated-headed worms of the life force vessels generate all kinds of worms, and they destroy all the body's nutrients.
