末世衰败之时，我化身与心子相遇！正如所说，化身大掘藏师降魔具力金刚，从孜仲金刚处迎请的文殊长寿成就法，铁金刚降伏死主魔军的灌顶正当其时。于此，大掘藏师桑杰林巴从工布嘉拉日东巴玛文殊长寿自在黑尊心间迎请的文殊寂猛各半甚深广大的法。红色受用增寿的灌顶之水也融为一体，仅获得汇集了教藏清净显现诸多加持的成熟法，即使在末法时代寿命多有障碍之时，也能平息一切寿命的违缘，获得寿命的成就，这是受到嘉瓦莲花生金刚语赞叹的成熟灌顶，其中金刚上师的事务和弟子的事务，上师的事务已经事先圆满完成。现在作为弟子们应尽的义务，为了祈请对上师和坛城主尊的甚深灌顶，请献上一个曼扎。请献曼扎。合掌拈花，念诵此祈请文。舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：大种），诸佛总集自在莲花生，无生无死无惧文殊怙主长寿佛，从死主阎罗之敌处获得胜利的，祈请赐予不死长寿之殊胜灌顶。念诵三遍祈请文。为了清净相续，在面前的虚空中，观想文殊长寿无量光佛，被十方诸佛菩萨眷属围绕，于其面前皈依并生起菩提心，请跟随念诵三遍。皈依三宝等七支净供念诵三遍。之后，请如此观想：从空性中，在莲花和日轮的座垫之上。你们自己的心性是红色明亮的朱砂滴，如仪轨中所述。化为光辉炽燃之身，三处三字，心间日轮之上，有代表心识寿命之体的红色闪耀的种子字涅（藏文：ནྲྀཿ）

In the degenerate times of decline, may my incarnation meet with the son of my heart! As it is said, the empowerment of Manjushri Longevity Accomplishment, Iron Vajra Subduing the Lord of Death and Mara, which was invited from Ziltrom Dorje Place by the great incarnate treasure revealer Dudul Nuden Dorje, is timely. Here, the very profound and vast Dharma of Manjushri, half peaceful and half wrathful, which was invited from the heart of Black Manjushri Longevity Lord of Kongpo Gyala Ridong Bama by the great treasure revealer Sangye Lingpa. The water of the empowerment of red enjoyment and longevity increase is also mixed into one, and by merely obtaining this ripening empowerment that gathers many blessings of the pure visions of the Teachings and Treasures, even in the degenerate age when there are many obstacles to life, all obstacles to life will be pacified and the accomplishment of life will be obtained, this is the ripening empowerment praised by the words of Gyalwang Padma Vajra, among which the activities of the Vajra Master and the activities of the disciples, the activities of the Master have already been perfectly completed in advance. Now, as the duty of the disciples, in order to request the profound empowerment of the Lama and the main deity of the mandala, please offer a mandala. Please offer the mandala. With palms together and flowers, please repeat this supplication. Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Great Seed), Padmasambhava, the master of all Buddhas, Manjushri, the lord of peace, free from birth, death and fear, Amitayus, who is victorious over the enemy of the Lord of Death, Yama, please bestow the supreme empowerment of immortal life. Recite the supplication three times. In order to purify the lineage, in the sky in front, visualize Manjushri Amitayus, surrounded by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta in front of them, please repeat this three times. I take refuge in the Three Jewels, etc., the seven-branch purification should be done three times. Then, please visualize as follows: From emptiness, on top of the lotus and sun mandala. Your own mind is like a drop of red and clear cinnabar, as in the sadhana. May wisdom become clear. By having intense devotion to the lama and all the deities of the mandala, light radiates from the letters of the three places (body, speech, and mind). Invoking all the Buddhas and their retinues of the all-pervading realms, the Three Roots, oath-bound protectors, all in the form of Manjushri Yamantaka Red, bodies as large as Mount Meru, as small as mustard seeds, immeasurable, descending like snow and blizzards, dissolving into your body, generate the faith of blessing the lineage. Thus, accompanied by music, burn gugul and other incense. Recite the blessings of the Noble Avalokiteshvara, etc., in various ways with melodious voices, and focus on the target. Bless with the root mantra and JÑĀNA ĀBEŚAYA PHĒṂ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Wisdom Enter Phaṭ), PHO ĀḤ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Male Āḥ). Place the vajra on the crown of the head, and generate faith that the wisdom being that has been blessed will remain stable until the essence of bodhichitta. Recite TIṢṬHA VAJRA (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Stay Vajra). Again, due to intense devotion to the lama and the deities of the mandala, from their hearts, rays of wisdom light emanate, like iron hook-shaped messengers and assemblies of swift messengers, spreading like snow and blizzards in all directions, above and below, thereby summoning back all of your life force, lifespan, decline, and loss, and the lifespan, merit, wealth, blessings, and essence of the three paths of samsara and nirvana, all in the form of rainbow light spheres, dissolving into the life substance and the NṚ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, None) in the heart, meditate on dissolving. Wave the arrow banner. Recite HŪṂ HRĪḤ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ Hrīḥ), starting from "Bhagavan Protector Wisdom," etc., up to JAḤ HŪṂ BAṂ HOḤ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ), perform the life-summoning. Then, for the actual empowerment, the nature of the great wisdom of the mandala deities, in the form of samaya substances, life food, the nature of immortal wisdom nectar, etc., merely placing the substances on the crown of the head, etc., transforms the three doors of body, speech, and mind, along with the alaya consciousness, and obtains the supreme accomplishment of the vajra of body, speech, and mind, wisdom, immortality, and permanence, generate such faith. First, place the life torma on the crown of the head. Recite HŪṂ HRĪḤ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ Hrīḥ): The fearless treasure of glory, possessing five wisdoms, auspicious, unchanging, life, fortune, and increase, this precious, radiant, immortal accomplishment, by empowering you, fortunate being, may life, fortune, lineage, and glory increase, may you obtain power. At the end of the recitation mantra, recite ĀḤ YU JÑĀNA BALIṂTA ABHIṢIÑCATU (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Āḥ Life Wisdom Offering Empower).
