Thus, at the time when all the Buddhas properly transmit the oral instructions, it is shown here. Thus, the essence of the training in higher morality, concentration, and wisdom, as well as their obstacles, and the Dharma that is in accordance with them, are taught without error. Through the oral instructions and subsequent teachings, that Bodhisattva enters the three trainings and abandons their opposing factors. By teaching the Dharma that is in accordance with them, he obtains the yoga of calm abiding and insight, which is vast and extensive, and becomes one who has attained the ground. With the vision of wisdom, he is completely purified of the obscurations of afflictions, and with the nature of non-discrimination, he becomes the antidote to the obscurations of knowledge, realizing the three spheres. The supreme path of enlightenment, with its transcendental nature, subdues all the worlds, including the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. Moreover, the great darkness of the two obscurations, afflictive and cognitive, is also removed in every way, and like the rising of the great sun, it illuminates all sentient beings. Just as the worldly sun cannot illuminate the holes obscured by other objects, this one, by teaching the Dharma, can dispel the darkness of ignorance. Therefore, like the unprecedented great sun, or like the rising of all the great suns that illuminate the ten directions, it appears clearly and brightly in the world. Thus, by constantly accumulating the merit of the two accumulations, one's own being is completely filled, just as the rivers fill the ocean. That supreme Bodhisattva, who constantly receives vast oral instructions from the fully enlightened Buddha himself, obtains the Samadhi of the mind endowed with insight, which is extremely vast and extensive, and from the first ground to the ground of Buddhahood, immeasurable qualities will become those who go to the other shore of the ocean. In the Ornament of the Great Vehicle Sutras, the explanation of the fifteenth chapter, the chapter on oral instructions and subsequent teachings, is completed. Fifteenth Chapter: The Chapter on Oral Instructions and Subsequent Teachings.
