It is because the light of the four wisdoms is vast and it has become a place with wisdom. Just as the excellent kinds of precious jewels are perfect in shape, the lineage of Bodhisattvas is also the place of courageous conduct and the special samadhis such as the Space Treasury. Just as countless kinds of precious jewels arise from the source of precious jewels, or the excellent kinds of precious jewels are of immeasurable value, and many sentient beings rely on them for their livelihood. The lineage of Bodhisattvas is the reason for the benefit of many sentient beings in this life and ultimate happiness. Secondly, regarding the explanation of having no lineage. Among them, "Some are unique" and so on is a single verse. The so-called no lineage is also because there is no cause for liberation at that time, so it is no lineage; and because liberation cannot be obtained at any time, so there are two types of no lineage. The first explains four situations, although it is not a complete severance of the lineage of liberation, but at that time, because it cannot generate the path of liberation like no lineage, the negative tone is added to the inferior, just like calling a bad child no child. What is that? Some people, although they have the lineage of the Great Vehicle, because of strong afflictions, they will surely commit evil deeds and engage in actions such as the five heinous crimes. Although these people have lineage, they do not have the opportunity to obtain complete liberation at that time, so they are called similar to no lineage, so they are established as no lineage. There are also some people who are controlled by bad friends, hold the wrong view that karma and liberation do not exist, destroy all the roots of virtue of white dharmas, or cut off the roots of virtue, and before they are separated from this view, there is no seed of liberation, so at that time they are called no lineage. There are also some people who only perform contaminated virtuous deeds for the sake of enjoying the happiness of the ripening results of samsara such as gods and humans, but they do not have virtuous deeds corresponding to liberation that are taken by the intention of seeking liberation, so even after countless kalpas, they cannot realize nirvana, so they are called no lineage. There are also some people who have weak or small virtuous roots corresponding to liberation, but at that time, there is no powerful force to accomplish the accumulation of merit and wisdom, and the ability to accomplish superior qualities.

被称为无种性，像这样，对于这四种人，即使具有大乘的种性，也被强大的违缘所控制，并且因为根基薄弱且种性未觉醒，所以在未获得其他暂时状态之前，长期无法获得菩提，因此附加否定的词语而被称为无种性。所谓与因分离，是指与前述四种不同，根本没有获得解脱之因，因此被称为无种性。第三，以赞叹殊胜种性的方式总结意义：宣说空性的法深奥，并且宣说地、波罗蜜多、力量和无畏等广大，这二者都是为了利益其他众生而宣说的法，对于大乘，即使不了解其意义，仅仅听闻也会产生极其广大的信心，并且忍受修持波罗蜜多的苦行，依靠这些因积累二资粮，最终超越世间和出世间的声闻、独觉二果，获得殊胜圆满的果实——大菩提，这都是因为菩萨们具有自性安住种性的功德，通过正确地修持善行而从增长的种性中产生的，应当了知。像这样，力量等的功德，如同树木和花朵等一样极其广大，是为了生长无上菩提的殊胜树木，并且如同树木的阴凉能够平息酷热，使身心安乐一样，为了使众生获得无漏的大乐，并且为了平息巨大的痛苦，并且如同树木结出美好的果实一样，为了成熟利益自己和其他众生、带来安乐的果实，殊胜的种性就像根基良好、稳固且未腐烂一样。大乘经庄严论中，种性品第四的解释完毕。 第四品，种性品。

Like this, for all four of these, even if they have the lineage of the Great Vehicle, they are controlled by powerful adverse conditions, and because the root is weak and the lineage is not awakened, they cannot attain enlightenment for a long time until they obtain another temporary state. Therefore, by adding a negative word, they are called without lineage. What is called being separated from the cause means that, unlike the previous four, they are completely separated from the cause of attaining liberation, so they are called without lineage. Third, summarizing the meaning by praising the supreme lineage: The Dharma that teaches emptiness is profound, and the two aspects of explaining the vastness of the ground, perfections, powers, and fearlessness are taught for the benefit of other sentient beings. For the Great Vehicle, even without understanding its meaning, merely hearing it will generate extremely vast faith, and enduring the hardships of practicing the perfections, accumulating the two accumulations through these causes, ultimately surpassing the two fruits of the world and the transcendent Hearers and Solitary Realizers, and attaining the supreme and perfect fruit—Great Enlightenment—is because Bodhisattvas possess the qualities of the naturally abiding lineage, and it arises from the lineage that has grown through correctly practicing virtuous deeds, which should be known. Like this, the qualities of powers, etc., are extremely vast like trees and flowers, etc., for the purpose of growing the supreme tree of unsurpassed enlightenment, and like the shade of a tree can pacify heat and make body and mind happy, in order to enable sentient beings to attain the great bliss of non-leakage, and in order to pacify great suffering, and like a tree bearing good fruit, in order to ripen the fruit of benefiting oneself and other sentient beings and bringing happiness, the supreme lineage is like a good, stable, and unrotted root.
