Just as the seed of the father, the mother and the place of the womb are incomparable to the mother, and the wise Bodhisattva born from similar Dharma, it should be known that that is a supreme promise. Because of the promise to accomplish unsurpassed Bodhi, it is like a Chakravartin's son with marks born into the lineage of the Tathagatas. Furthermore, just as the son of a Chakravartin, when born, has qualities that surpass ordinary people, his body is adorned with marks and signs, he can subdue other small kingdoms and govern them well, he obtains the enjoyment of royal power, and he is skilled in the king's laws and all branches of knowledge. Similarly, the Bodhisattva, all kinds of pleasing excellent marks and excellent minor marks will adorn his body. Moreover, he surpasses the marks of a worldly Chakravartin by three qualities, namely, the qualities of being in the country, being fully manifest, and being fully complete. He obtains the power of body, speech, and mind to fully ripen all sentient beings in virtue through the power of wisdom, he obtains the great bliss of the Buddha that never diminishes, is infinite, and pacifies all afflictions, and because he liberates all sentient beings from suffering and places them in lasting happiness, he knows how to display immeasurable and boundless vast means, or the doors of means and wisdom, becoming the protector of all sentient beings. Furthermore, just as the son of a Chakravartin with marks is empowered by his father as the regent, is skilled in particularly examining affairs, is skilled in all the arts of body, speech, and mind, and governs the subjects by means of punishment and acceptance. Similarly, the Bodhisattva who promises unsurpassed Bodhi, on the tenth Bhumi, is blessed by all the Buddhas with empowerment by great rays of light, and because of that power, his unobstructed wisdom is perfectly endowed with all the powers of suchness and all the powers of suchness, and he fully knows all the forms of miracles and Dharma teachings in the mandala of the Buddha's retinue, and because he establishes the training of superior ethics, he can punish those who do evil and help those who do good, thereby engaging in acceptance. The second example is that the Bodhisattva is the Buddha.

The Dharma of the Great Vehicle and the secrets of body, speech, and mind are objects of observation, which is not the case for the Hearers. For example, a great minister who is the most trusted by the king can enter the residence of the king's consorts and other inner circles, manage all the treasures, discuss secret matters, and have the authority to issue commands to others, possessing these four powers. Similarly, a Bodhisattva, like a great minister, can enter the Buddha's Dharma, such as the ten perfections and other Great Vehicle Dharmas, and constantly observes the treasury of Dharmas that are conducive to great Bodhi in order to expand or spread them, that is, to manage or inspect them. The secrets of the Buddha's body, speech, and mind, these three states must be constantly and correctly grasped. For example, in the "Inconceivable Secret Sutra," Vajrapani is always with the Bhagavan, whether in the stage of a Bodhisattva or in the stage of Buddhahood, he stands by the Bhagavan's side, and he knows the secrets of the Buddha's body, speech, and mind that others cannot know. In order to constantly and continuously increase the benefit of many sentient beings. The third is the difference in realization. In short, it is the realization of the selflessness of persons and phenomena. If divided in detail, there are eight qualities. First, when faith arises in the Dharma of the Great Vehicle, one obtains a great accumulation of merit equal to the extent of space and sentient beings. After such faith arises, when the mind of unsurpassed Bodhi is generated, one surpasses all sentient beings of the three realms and becomes the supreme one. When consciously taking birth in samsara for the benefit of oneself and others, one experiences immeasurable samsaric bliss of the perfect wealth of gods and humans. When the Dharmadhatu is directly realized on the first ground, one obtains the mind of equality of self and others, and seeing that one is able to accomplish the benefit of oneself and others, great joy arises, and one is able to pacify the great heap of suffering of oneself and others. At that time, one is free from the five fears of having no livelihood, not being praised, fear of retinue, fear of falling into evil destinies, and death and transmigration, thereby pacifying one's own suffering and treating the fears of sentient beings as one's own.
