. The continuum of afflictions is self-liberated, and the result of bad migrations is emptied. First, violations and conceptualizations. Obscurations are not abandoned, but purified in their place. This means that due to the power of afflictions, the vows of one's own continuum are broken, and the faults of the broken vows are not subdued by antidotes, but accumulate and cling like rust on iron. The nature of the outer and inner continuums is pure, and their essence is divine, but clinging to the aggregates as ordinary is conceptual obscuration. How should such violations and conceptual obscurations, which are to be confessed, be confessed? Not by correcting and transforming, abandoning and exhausting, but because their own nature has never been truly established, they are not subdued and abandoned by other antidotes, but are left in their natural state, so that their own place is purified into wisdom, like mistaking a rope for a snake. Second, outer, inner, and secret are realized as inseparable and complete. This means completing with outer material substances, actually arranging medicine, torma, rakta, and lamps. Completing with the inner aggregates as a basis means using the outer objects as symbols, and knowing the inner essence, particles, and three winds, together with the clear mind, as medicine, etc. The secret is the clear light of the mind of enlightenment, the union of emptiness, the wisdom of non-duality, free from extremes, flawless, originally pure, with qualities originally possessed, and abiding in the realm of dharma. This is how to complete through these three doors. Completion means restoring the qualities that have deteriorated and diminished to their original state. How is this completion achieved? Not by creating something new that did not exist before, but by realizing the meaning of qualities that are originally possessed and inseparable. Because all the objects of the outer world and the inner body are of one taste with the secret mind of enlightenment, all phenomena are realized as inseparable from the nature of pure wisdom, and all qualities are effortlessly completed as originally possessed. Alternatively, the outer five elements, the inner five aggregates, and the secret eight consciousnesses are purified as the nature of the five mothers, the five families, and the five wisdoms, or by realizing the meaning of original inseparability, the collection of concepts is completed as divine nature. Thus, these two, confession and completion, are purified without abandoning the stains to be abandoned in the nature of the inseparable realization of the supreme truth of the mind of enlightenment, and all the qualities without defilements in the realm of dharma are

Because it abides in the absence of limitations, it is accomplished in the manner of possessing all qualities. This is the characteristic of the Great Vehicle, the key point of having nothing to be refuted or established. As it is said in the scriptures, "In this, there is nothing to be refuted, nor is there anything to be established." Third, "Whatever arises is self-liberated in the vast expanse of Kuntuzangpo." This means that by relying on the signifying symbol of Kuntuzangpo, one directly encounters the signified meaning of Kuntuzangpo. Then, all the conceptual thoughts that arise are self-liberated in their own place, like water and waves. Therefore, one does not find any impure, self-characterized phenomena that need to be abandoned. Instead, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are equally spread out in the vast expanse of Kuntuzangpo's intention. This is the experience of Kuntuzangpo. Fourth, "May the abyss of the lower realms be completely emptied, and may samsara and nirvana become equal." This means that in this way, because the conceptual thoughts of afflictions, which are the cause, are not abandoned but are self-liberated in their own place, the seeds of falling into the lower realms, which are the result, are uprooted. Because the conceptual thoughts of acceptance and rejection of samsara and nirvana are completely exhausted, it is said that the abyss of the lower realms is completely emptied. Furthermore, all phenomena of existence and peace, or samsara and nirvana, are blended into the mind of self-arisen enlightenment, thereby manifesting the ultimate result. Third, in the essential instructions of Dzogchen, there are four: the view of the bindu abiding in its own place, the samaya that needs no protection, the meditation that has no gathering or scattering, and the result that is free from abandonment and attainment. First, "The great bindu is complete with body and realm." This means that bindu refers to the meaning of being completely round without any edges, that is, the wisdom body and realm in which the light and power are spontaneously accomplished in the original great emptiness, the meaning of seeing the reality of being completely perfect without remainder. Second, "In the great samaya, the characteristics of acceptance and rejection are purified." This means that all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are the single samaya of spontaneously accomplished uniqueness, in which there is no fabrication in the state of the single bindu of self-arisen wisdom. Because one knows that everything is a play of dharmata, there is no other samaya to be protected besides this. In the great samaya of original protection, all the characteristics of acceptance and rejection are naturally purified. Not deviating from the key point of realizing the king of all protections, the vessel and its contents, as the wheel of wisdom. This is both a samaya and, in essence, a practice. Third, "Vast and pervasive, the knots of hope and fear are loosened." This means that the nature of mind is free from elaboration and self-arisen.
