愿具足威力的（上师）将轮回转为有边际，愿无边无际的众生都获得无上圆满正等觉的佛果。菩萨众等。（念诵）愿一切众生都具足安乐等。如果为普通人作回向，那么祈请十方安住的诸佛菩萨垂念，以布施的施主，具足寿命，名为……为首，如虚空般的众生。祈请垂念。以布施的施主如此成办的善根为代表，与三世及随之相关的所有善根，自他轮涅三道所摄的一切善根，全部共同回向，愿以布施者为首的如虚空般的众生，迅速获得无上圆满正等觉的珍贵佛果。未获得之前，从生到生，世世代代都能获得具足圆满所依，具足十八暇满的人身。愿被殊胜的上师，善知识摄受。进入佛陀的教法，闻思修三事究竟成办，自他二利圆满。特别是，愿布施的施主及其眷属，暂时远离疾病、邪魔、障碍和阻碍等内外违缘，一切不顺遂之事都得以平息。愿顺遂的因缘，如长寿、无病、眷属和受用，福德、财富、权势和名声等一切善妙圆满，如夏天的河流般，越来越增长广大。愿诸佛菩萨的慈悲和因果不虚的谛实，以及我清净意乐的力量，使以布施者为首的众生，今生来世的利益和安乐之事，都能如愿成就。福德力大等。众生所有善根等。以此善根，一切众生等。如果为亡者作回向，那么十方无边无际的

May the powerful (lama) make samsara finite, and may all limitless sentient beings attain the state of unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment of Buddhahood. Bodhisattvas, etc. (Recite) May all sentient beings have happiness, etc. If dedicating for ordinary people, then, may all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions heed, with the generosity of the donor, possessing life, named... as the leader, sentient beings equal to space. Please heed. With the root of virtue accomplished in this way by the donor as the representative, all the roots of virtue related to the three times, all the roots of virtue gathered by oneself and others, samsara and nirvana, the three paths, all that exists, may all be jointly dedicated, may all sentient beings equal to space, led by the donor, quickly attain the precious state of unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment of Buddhahood. Until that is attained, from birth to birth, in all lifetimes, may one obtain the precious human body that possesses the perfect basis, possessing the eighteen qualities of leisure and endowment. May one be cared for by the excellent lama, the virtuous friend. Entering the Buddha's teachings, may the activities of hearing, thinking, and meditating be completely accomplished, and may the two benefits of oneself and others be perfected. In particular, may the donor of generosity and his entourage, temporarily be free from diseases, evil spirits, obstacles and hindrances, etc., may all unfavorable external and internal adverse conditions be pacified. May favorable conditions such as longevity, freedom from illness, entourage and enjoyment, glory and wealth, power and fame, etc., all good and perfect things, increase and grow like a river in summer. May the compassion of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and the truth of infallible cause and effect, and the power of my pure intention, cause all the benefits and happiness of this life and future lives of sentient beings, led by the donor, to be fulfilled as desired. 无有处所安住的诸佛菩萨及弟子众，以已故者某某为首，祈请如虚空般无边无际的一切有情众生垂念。 以此已故者，从无始轮回以来所积聚的善根，以及后人所作广大善业，特别是今日于圣地供养，布施无依者等，所有善根悉皆汇集，以此威力，以此已故、舍弃身体之人为首，祈愿如虚空般无边无际的一切有情众生，刹那间证得十地五道，速疾获得遍知佛陀之珍贵果位。未获此果位之前，以业力所致，无论于六道轮回中何处受生，愿此福德皆能追随，如影随形。愿能脱离六道一切痛苦，获得天界与解脱之安乐。愿生生世世，不离难得之圆满人身，精进闻思修习殊胜正法。愿不离圆满之友，与进入大乘佛法之殊胜士夫，一同修持广大菩萨行。愿不离圆满之见，证悟轮涅平等之性。愿不离圆满之修，于一切显现之自性中，无取舍地安住于清净显相。愿不离圆满之行，以如幻之智慧摄持，无间断地修习十种佛行。愿不离圆满之果，现证佛陀自显之三身，并以随顺所化众生根器而显现之色身，成为引导一切有情众生之殊胜导师。愿不经历恶趣之苦等等，如莲花不染污泥等等，以及证得佛陀三身等等，皆应宣说。如是功德述说及回向文之简略科判，亦为桑贡班禅仁波切所著。

Victorious ones, sons, and disciples residing in the absence of a place, headed by the deceased so-and-so, please consider all sentient beings equal to the sky. May this deceased person, relying on the power of accumulating virtues from beginningless time, and the great deeds performed by the descendants, especially offering to the sacred land and giving to the helpless in the present situation, may all the roots of virtue be gathered together. May all sentient beings, headed by this deceased person who has passed away and changed bodies, quickly attain the precious state of omniscient Buddhahood by traversing the ten bhumis and five paths in an instant. Until that is attained, by the power of karma, wherever one is born in the six realms of existence, may these merits follow and enter as a shadow. May all the sufferings of the six realms be liberated, and may the happiness of heaven and liberation be attained. From birth to birth, may one never be separated from the precious and complete support that is difficult to find, and may one always engage in listening, contemplating, and meditating on the holy Dharma. May one never be separated from the perfect friend, the holy person who has entered the Great Vehicle's teachings, and may one always practice the great Bodhisattva conduct together. May one never be separated from the perfect view, realizing the equality of samsara and nirvana. May one never be separated from the perfect meditation, abiding equally in pure appearance, cultivating the nature of whatever arises without acceptance or rejection. May one never be separated from the perfect conduct, constantly training in the activities of the ten dharmas, guided by illusory wisdom. May one never be separated from the perfect result, manifesting the three kayas of the Buddha's self-appearance, and becoming the holy guide who leads all beings by appearing in whatever form is suitable for taming them in the appearance of others. May one not experience the suffering of the lower realms, etc., like a lotus not stained by mud, etc., and attaining the three kayas of the Buddha, etc., should be spoken. This brief explanation of the benefits of dedication and the section on dedication was also written by Samgon Ponlob Rinpoche.
