Therefore, in the sequence of practicing the four sessions of yoga, starting from the evening session of the first day, first sit comfortably on a cushion. By simply reciting "ཨྱཻ༔ ཨེ་ཉིད་སྟོང་པ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)," instantly generate and firmly hold the pride of Yamantaka. As stated in the ritual, offer torma to the earth deities and obstructers, and at the end, dispel with white mustard seeds while reciting mantras, and intensely burn Gugul incense. At the entrance, visualize and offer torma to the four Great Kings, entrusting them with the task of guarding against obstacles, and remain steadfast. Then, visualize yourself as Yamantaka, from the ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable at your heart, radiate light in ten directions, forming a ten-spoked wheel. Inside the grooves pointing upwards, downwards, and in each direction, at the tip of each spoke, are ten directional protectors and a sun seat each, and on each seat is a black ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, from which manifest ten wrathful deities, all black, holding hammers and iron hooks, wrathful and majestic, blazing. Within it, the vast and expansive tent of skillful means and wisdom, the sun and moon, composed of vowels and consonants, is without gaps. Outside the wheel below, a vajra ground is spread, surrounded by an upright vajra fence, and the outer waist of the fence is bound by a vajra chain net. Above, a vajra dome is erected, and from the outer edge hang dense vajra chains like a spider web. The top is adorned with a vajra pinnacle, and all the spaces are filled with vajra filigree without gaps. Within it, a vajra banner is raised like an umbrella. Outside of that, all sharp and cutting weapons such as swords, bows, arrows, spears, and daggers, with their points facing outwards, are surrounded by five-colored wisdom flames, like the fire at the end of time, roaring and blazing fiercely. From the top of the flames, wrathful deities emerge, and the weapons make a "tsa tsa" sound, flashing like stars, burning and reducing to ashes all obstacles and demonic forces, single-mindedly thinking of them pervading all directions. ཧཱུྃ༔(Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) I am Manjushri Yamantaka, from the radiating and gathering of the life-syllable ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at my heart, the ten-spoked wheel blazes in all directions, upon the spokes are the ten great and wrathful deities, for the sake of protecting and averting demonic activities, countless emanated wrathful hosts are deployed, therefore, extremely sharp.
