As it is said, "The Vajra Lord of Body, Speech, and Mind." Dīpa pratīccha svāhā. (藏文, 梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音, Meaning: May the offering of lamps establish the basis for those worthy of offering.) This means that the offering of lamps establishes the basis for those worthy of offering. Oṃ e ho, etc., the seven baths, the letters that arise from reciting the vidyā mantra seven times, which are inherently present in sentient beings, purify all the decay, damage, and obscurations of perception that blaze with light. Third, from the two fulfillments of pacifying the place and transforming the place of wrathful deities, the first is: Hūṃ! The mind's consciousness is the pure place. And so on. The mind is the agent of cyclic existence with conceptual thought, and also the agent of both non-conceptual nirvāṇa, abiding in the essence of Samantabhadra, is pure. The realm of phenomena, the object to be determined by the mind, is completely pure in the essence of Samantabhadri. Likewise, the five aggregates are the essence of the five victorious ones, the five elements are the essence of the five mothers, the eight consciousness aggregates are the eight bodhisattvas, their eight objects are the eight consorts, the body faculty, its consciousness, its object, the touch of the body that combines these three, that is, the four dharmas of the body are the essence of the four gatekeepers, and the four characteristics of permanence, annihilation, self, and characteristics are the essence of the four wrathful women, such as the iron hook woman, and are pure. Pride, jealousy, desire, ignorance, miserliness, and hatred, these six afflictions are the essence of the six thubpas and are pure. The second is: Desire, hatred, pride, ignorance, jealousy, these five poisons are the essence of the five blood-drinking fathers, and earth, water, fire, wind, and space, these five elements are the essence of the five blood-drinking mothers, and the body is said to be the source of cyclic existence or its basis, like the body, in the state of cyclic existence by the five elements, and in the state of nirvāṇa, the source or basis of all fruition dharmas, the union of the five mothers is Samantabhadrī, the dharmakāya, as it is said in the Lamp of the Jewel Casket Sutra: The dharmakāya is the body of the victorious ones. Therefore. The four kinds of conceptual thought are: from the realm of union, the conceptual thought of perversion, from the realm of liberation, the conceptual thought of touch, from the realm of samaya, the conceptual thought of experience, and from the realm of secrecy, the conceptual thought of the genitals, are the essence of the four Herukas who subdue the four, warmth, moisture, and miraculous birth.

Yes. The clinging to the four modes of birth—oviparous, viviparous—is the nature of the four consorts of the four Herukas. The eight consciousnesses, characterized by their ability to discriminate objects, are the eight wrathful goddesses, the Gaurimas. Their objects—form, sound, smell, taste, touch, phenomena, realms, and sources—these eight transformed objects are the nature of the eight wrathful goddesses, the Simhamas. The four extremes—eternalism, nihilism, self, and sign—are the nature of the four wrathful gatekeeper goddesses, such as the Vajra sisters. The appearance of various assemblies of thoughts is the nature of the twenty-eight powerful goddesses, such as the great Rakshasa mother. Thus, all the deities of pure wisdom, the unchanging Dharmakaya, remain unmoving in the indestructible Vajra nature, yet the Rupakaya appears as the play of peaceful and wrathful deities, manifesting various unobstructed speech appearances that accord with the minds of those to be tamed, without any change in the body. Speech and mind are unerring, and inexhaustible qualities awaken as a wheel of adornment. Until samsara is empty, may the activity be the adornment of the crown chakra of beings, entering as the play of the wisdom wheel, the object of offering, remaining inexhaustibly. Fulfilling the samaya, purifying the downfalls and obscurations of conceptualization of the yogis, may the wisdom of the four empowerments, the result of fulfillment, and the supreme and common siddhis be bestowed now. This concludes the abbreviated explanation of the fulfillment. This was written by Dharma Kirti, the lowest of the Mindrolling monks, measuring according to what he knew, because he could not turn away from the command of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. Whether it accords with the meaning of the scriptures, may those with the eye of Dharma examine it. May the essence of the hearts of many Indian and Tibetan scholars and siddhas, the illusory net of confession and fulfillment, and whatever merit results from this commentary, become the cause for all beings to attain enlightenment. By this may the precious teachings of the Great Secret Nyingma flourish. Good!
