It is emptiness, clear, bright, original, and naked, unobscured by anything. The inexpressible example, like the sky, is without limits. That which is inseparable from self-awareness is superior seeing. Therefore, without making any adjustments to it, relax and release into that state. Third is the meditation on union: Appearances and mind are inseparable, free from extremes, inexpressible state. Whatever arises is unmade, naturally naked. The state of bliss is clear, without trace, empty. Vast and relaxed, free from extremes, rest. Outer, inner, and intermediate are like the sky. At that time, the essence of the four bodies is manifested as enlightenment. It is said that without adjusting whatever arises, focus on its own nature. Naturally gaze, blissfully clear, tracelessly empty, widely relaxed, freely let go without grasping. Also, the chain of thoughts, high and low, happiness and suffering, good and bad, acceptance and rejection, etc., how do things appear? However it arises, focus on the nature of whatever arises, and all concepts such as outer, inner, and intermediate are liberated. It appears like the sky, so rest unmade in that state. Like the vastness of the sky, do not judge the past, abandon past thoughts. Do not welcome the future, cut off the connection of the mind. In the middle, without grasping, rest in the state of the sky. So it is said. Then, enhance through three types of meditation: First, the way to meditate on emptiness like the sky is: the body does not move, abide in the seven-point posture. The senses are like the reflection of the moon in a pond, unobstructed, remain in self-clarity. Gaze intently at whatever appears, without outer, inner, or intermediate, empty, vast, and clear. The way to meditate on clarity like a mirror is: whatever appears is self-clear, in a state of non-grasping, clear, bright, and original. The way to meditate on arising like waves is: thoughts move or allow them to move. Focus on the essence of whatever arises in the movement, like waves dissolving into water, naturally dissolving into non-grasping. By that alone, mix abiding and movement to enhance. That is, the first way enhances non-conceptualization, the second way enhances bliss, and the third way enhances clarity. For the latter two ways, the body posture and sensory posture are done as before. These three guides for focus are additional oral instructions. Abide in this way.

Calm abiding, clear seeing, and non-duality, hence the union, which is the manifestation of complete basis, spontaneous liberation, and the essence of the four bodies, is called enlightenment. The third is the subsequent stages: Thus, in all activities such as walking, standing, sitting, lying down, speaking, reciting mantras, reading, eating, etc., the eyes remain still and without distraction, so that when a meditation without deception is achieved, an introduction is made. When a thorough investigation leads to certainty, an introduction is made on the basis of awareness. The essence of unborn emptiness is the Dharmakaya. The unobstructed manifestation of self-radiance is the Sambhogakaya. The emanation from the non-dual potential is the Nirmanakaya. Although these three forms are different, the essence of one gathering is the Svabhavikakaya. The nature of the four bodies is spontaneously accomplished. It is said that the nature of the mind is unborn emptiness, which is not established in any of the three states of arising, ceasing, and abiding, nor in shape or color. The part that realizes this is the Dharmakaya. Wisdom is the wisdom of emptiness. When it is empty and bright, the self-radiance is unobstructed, clear, ye, hot, naked, and shining. It is the Sambhogakaya. Wisdom is the wisdom of individual discernment. When it is clear, it is empty. The essence of emptiness is clear. The non-dual potential manifests in various ways through the six aggregates, but even when it manifests in various ways, it does not deviate from its essence. It is the Nirmanakaya. Wisdom is like a mirror. Although these three forms appear different, their essence is inseparable, so they are gathered together as one. It is the Svabhavikakaya. Wisdom is equanimity wisdom. The activity that arises spontaneously from the four bodies is the accomplishment of action. Also, the essence, nature, and compassion are called the three. The nature of non-arising is the essence. The unobstructed radiance is the nature. The potential for anything to arise is compassion. Furthermore, the part of the mind that is without thought is the wisdom of knowing as it is. The various manifestations are the wisdom of knowing as many as there are. The inseparability of these two is called the inseparability of space and wisdom. When introduced to awareness in a holistic way, the present awareness, without the artifice of memory and thought, is the present awareness of wallewa, sangewa, and salewa. These four
