Except for those who are allowed to enter, do not meet new people, and do not exchange items. Starting from the evening session, formally enter the practice, beginning with refuge and bodhicitta to praise, according to the "Garland of Flames" ritual, reciting without skipping any words, and focusing single-mindedly on contemplating their meaning, concentrating on the recitation. Because the mala is a skull mala, it should be blessed, and the visualization to be explained below should be clearly visualized, and the root mantra should be recited at least a thousand times. Finally, recite the supplementary words with clear syllables, and perform the common and uncommon torma offerings and tsog offerings to the Dharma protectors as usual, then gather the wheel of the mandala, and when sleeping, combine with the yoga of focusing single-mindedly on the "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable in the heart. Here, the expedient method of not gathering the protection wheel is initiated, and merely focusing single-mindedly on the "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable in the heart also becomes a meaningful protection wheel. Then, in the morning, like a fish leaping from the water, rise and visualize as the deity's body, combining the common preliminaries and the ability to tame one's own mindstream, with the refuge and bodhicitta and the seven-branch offering of the ritual as a prelude, reciting "Om Dharma Dhatu Vajra Svabhava Atma Ko'ham" (Tibetan: ༀ་དྷརྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ धर्मधातुवज्रस्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ dharmadhātuvajrasvabhāva ātmako'ham, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Dharma Realm, Vajra, Nature, I am), thereby expanding all phenomena of samsara and nirvana into the non-dual Suchness. From that uninterrupted energy manifestation, the great compassion pervading everything appears, merging the self-aware red "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable's sound into filling the sky, for those who remain in this state, the light emanating from the "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable gathers like clouds, within the indestructible Vajra protection tent, the flames of wisdom burn and pervade everything, within which, the world as a container naturally manifests as the great charnel ground playing palace, in the center, with a four-petaled lotus and the Dharmadhatu as the center, on the seat of the lotus sun and moon and the eight classes of beings intertwined, visualize the primordial meaning of the self-nature awareness "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable, from which radiating and gathering, arise the body of the Wrathful Lotus King and Queen, possessing wrath and majesty, radiant and extremely large. On the eight petals of one's own heart lotus, visualize a golden stupa, with steps, vase, measure, Dharma wheel, parasol, and pinnacle, in the vase is the sun disc.
