By Lotsawa Dharmashri. Titled The Lamp Illuminating the Concise Practice Manual of Wrathful Red Ratna. ༈ Oṃ Siddhi Rastū. (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Immutability, immaculate wisdom itself, Manifestation, lord of all victorious ones' extending and gathering, Supreme accomplished one, lotus-born Vajra, Inseparable, kind guru, I pay homage. Here, I will write down a brief summary of the practice manual for how to practice the sadhana of the wrathful guru, which the great treasure revealer Ratna Lingpa unearthed from the Long Cave of Glory at Khar-chu. In general, it is good to have done some kind of peaceful Guru practice before this, or to have done it in the past. If you have not done it, it is said that during the recitation of the secret sadhana, you can practice the mantra in a way that combines the peaceful and the wrathful, so it is not a big problem if you have not done the peaceful sadhana before. In any case, here, according to the teachings of the secret sadhana, the ultimate essence, the order of practice is as follows: In a place that is pleasing to the mind and where there is no sudden need to leave, make a simple outer boundary. Take refuge and generate bodhicitta, and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra as much as possible. If possible, ask other friends to recite scriptures, sprinkle water, ransom lives, cast out evil spirits, make tsa-tsas, etc., even in other places, and do as much as possible to accumulate merit and purify obscurations, so that there will be no obstacles and you will quickly attain siddhis. Then, in whatever direction is convenient in the practice room, build a platform with special clay, or if that is not possible, on whatever kind of platform is appropriate, Sprinkle it with fragrant water. In order to show the Dharma source, the center of the mandala, with its corners and front, draw a crescent-shaped door surrounded by a garland of skulls. Outside of that, draw wheels with four, eight, and ten spokes, surrounded by garlands of skulls. Draw the courtyards and other features in the usual way, or display painted thangkas. In the center of that, place a vase filled with essence on a throne. In front of that, place a torma in the shape of a precious flame.
