帕让喇吉梭！ 祈祷大恩上师的加持！ 我有幸听闻甚深佛法， 虽然已到成熟之年， 却缺乏实修的经验。 虽然一生都在讲解佛法， 却无法在他人的相续中生起功德。 表面上看似在修持正法， 实际上却无法超越此生的利益。 人生已过半， 还有一半尚存。 过去所为之事，意义甚微。 如今无知的黑暗笼罩心间， 身体因衰老而疾病缠身。 难以维护僧众和弟子的情面， 因需积攒大量财物而疲惫。 不悦耳的言语刺痛耳膜， 遭受未曾做过的诽谤。 在这外敌入侵之时， 无论做什么都感到厌倦。 轮回的业力无边无际， 厌倦又能有什么益处呢？ 即使将来不合人间的规矩， 也希望能与佛法和自心相合。 即使无法用念珠念诵， 也希望能自在地掌握气脉。 即使不了解经书的阅读方法， 也希望能掌握实修的诀窍。 即使无法扩大幻象的视野， 也希望能见到自心的佛陀。 即使不了解闭关的仪轨， 也希望能生起利他之心。 即使没有成为口才犀利的权威， 也希望能压制自身的罪过。 与其留在这充满贪嗔的地方， 不如前往与佛法相应的净土。 与其修正规章制度， 不如反省自己的内心。 这就是我个人的想法， 能否实现掌握在自己手中。 凭借慈父上师的加持， 实修佛法并不匮乏。 能否实修，智慧珍宝自知。 即使实修，也是为了自己的利益， 做了之后抱怨又有何用呢？ 虽然原本没有想过要说这些话， 但因有人询问近况， 以及内心的忧虑不断催促， 才不由自主地迅速写了下来。 曼嘎朗！ 祈愿三界轮回的众生得到救护， 祈愿雪域高原的导师充满慈悲， 祈愿末法时代的众生唯一的怙主， 莲花生大师足下祈祷。 祈愿恶业深重、生于末法时代的众生， 以大爱与智慧之眼

Pa Rang Lags So! By the kindness of the kind lama! I, who have the karma to hear the profound Dharma, Although the fruit of age has ripened, I lack the experience of meditating on the meaning. Although I spend my life explaining, No qualities arise in the minds of others. Seemingly practicing the sacred Dharma, I do not transcend the meaning of this life. Two parts of this life have passed, One part still remains. All the deeds of the past are of little significance. Now the darkness of ignorance clings to my mind, My body weakens with age, and diseases arise. It is difficult to protect the faces of monks and students, I am tired because I have to accumulate a lot of wealth. Unpleasant words torment my ears, I am stabbed by the gossip of those who speak ill of me behind my back. At this time when external enemies are holding their heads inside, No matter what I do, I feel weary. Because the karma of samsara is endless, What good is it to be weary? Even if it does not conform to the customs of men in the future, I hope it will be in harmony with the Dharma and my own mind. Even if I cannot recite with a rosary, I hope to gain control over the vital points of the winds. Even if I do not know how to read the scriptures, I hope to grasp the secret of practice. Even if I cannot expand the vision of illusion, I hope to meet the Buddha of my own mind. Even if I do not know the details of retreat, I hope to generate this mind of benefiting others. Even if I do not become a powerful authority with sharp words, I hope to suppress my own faults. Rather than staying in this place of attachment and aversion, I would rather go to a land that is in harmony with the Dharma. Rather than correcting the rules, I would rather examine my own mind. That is my personal thought, Whether it will be accomplished is in my own hands. By the kindness of the kind father lama, There is no lack of Dharma for practice. Whether to practice or not, the jewel of wisdom knows. Even if I practice, it is for my own benefit, What is the use of complaining after doing it? Although I did not originally intend to say these words, But because someone asked about my situation, And the worries in my heart kept urging me, I involuntarily wrote it down quickly. Mangalam! May the beings of the three realms of samsara be protected, May the guide of the snowy land be full of compassion, May the only protector of beings in the degenerate age, I pray at the feet of Guru Padmasambhava. May the beings born in the degenerate age of bad karma, With great love and wisdom eyes

大喜乐增长，祈愿您那纯净的事业之光辉，能令一切悦意入心。不生丝毫非佛法之念，佛法之事自然增长，祈愿时时心中不忘邬金莲师。往昔之业与突发恶缘所生之佛法障碍，所有这一切，祈愿皆以您之威力能力光芒，迅速平息并遣除。如应允誓言之祈请，与慈悲之降临竞速般，愿所有心中之愿望，当下即刻成就。自生莲花真实之上师尊，开怀展露笑容，如秋日般明朗，证悟之日于心中大放光明，祈愿智慧之黑暗自然解脱。此乃流浪僧人钦诺于水羊年（1943）五月初一之夜间所作祈祷，善哉！

May great joy increase, and may all the splendor of your pure activities please the mind. May non-dharmic thoughts not arise for even a moment, and may dharmic activities naturally increase. May I never forget Orgyen Padma, the lord, from my heart at all times. May all obstacles to the Dharma that arise from past karma and sudden adverse conditions be quickly pacified and averted by the power, strength, and brilliance of your energy. Like a prayer that urges the granting of vows and commitments, and like the swiftness of compassion's arrival, may all the hopes and wishes in my mind be fulfilled right now. May the smiling face of the self-arisen Padma, the true lord of the lamas, be as clear as an autumn day, and may the sun of experience and realization greatly expand in my heart, so that the darkness of ignorance is naturally dispelled. This prayer was offered by the wandering monk Khyen Nor during a break in the night on the first day of the fifth month of the Water Sheep year (1943). May it be virtuous!
