May all the Sangha be amicable and intimate in their hearts. For the service and development of the monastic community of the Lama and the monastery, it is not just a matter of words. Like people in a boat, everyone's thoughts and actions should be in one direction, united as one, and it is very important to abide by the common rules and regulations. In particular, the Khenpo, teachers, disciplinarians, and other senior leaders should be pure and without fault themselves. With a fair mind and with the public in mind, do your best. For those who should be taught, either teach them yourself or encourage others to teach them. For those who deserve punishment, give appropriate punishment and show them how to turn away from evil deeds. Moreover, do not just do it as a temporary measure, but strive to be gentle in the present and effective in the long run, and be completely honest. Among them, as a disciplinarian, if you are tolerant and indulgent in terms of discipline, afraid that others will hate you, or afraid that others will speak ill of you, then the common discipline will be relaxed. Therefore, you must consider the long-term advantages and disadvantages and act cautiously. The monastic code is considered to be no different from the code made by the Buddha in the Vinaya Pitaka, so all the Sangha should also think carefully. Whether it is the general law enforcer or the daily roll-call law enforcer, as well as the managers who manage four or more monks, etc., the Khenpo, teachers, elders, disciplinarians, etc., should respectfully listen to the teachings that are in accordance with the Dharma. Whether internal or external, public or private, at all times, abandon behaviors that are inconsistent with the Dharma, such as walking, sitting, sleeping, attending gatherings, going back and forth, etc., as well as undignified behaviors such as jokes, banter, noise, laughter, words of attachment and hatred, gambling, and rude behavior. Guide others with peaceful and cautious behavior, make your actions meaningful, do not regret yourself, and do not shame others. Strive to learn behaviors that are in accordance with the Dharma with great effort, thereby straightening yourself. If you act according to the Dharma in this way, then temporary fame and gain and long-term happiness will come like rain. Therefore, do not indulge in the bad habits and laziness of relying on food, clothing, relatives, and friends, etc., but strive to listen, contemplate, and meditate at all times and places, including Dharma assemblies.

Clothing. Spending life idly, doing nothing all day long. Some narrow-minded people think that being happy now is enough. They worry about what the future will be like. Such thoughts are worse than those of householders. Therefore, wise people should cut off additions and subtractions to the sutras and tantras, starting with the commentaries on the tantras, through listening and thinking, and become a support for the teachings. They should also support others' speech with the reasoning of the scriptures and the deduction of the meaning of the teachings. For new learners, they should use meaningful guidance to convey information. It is necessary to distinguish the contradictory relationships of what one should take and what one should abandon. Those with good voices should also thoroughly practice all the melodies, tunes, and lyrics of rituals and Dharma practices, so that they can recite them independently and fluently. Those who are agile in body and hands should become proficient in the creation of dance, torma, mandala, etc. In short, all old and young should strive to learn and practice the reliable teachings and practices of their own tradition. Consult where you should consult. Determine through extensive learning, and eliminate additions and subtractions through understanding. Strive to accept and practice. Even if all these qualities are concentrated in one person, there will be no harm. Older and more virtuous people should not be content either. Until enlightenment is attained, the learning of virtues will not end, so one must learn mature virtues from all aspects. Some bad people, led by childish thoughts and unrestrained behavior, coupled with mindless and unrestrained eating and drinking, words of greed and hatred, obscene talk, alcoholism, rude behavior, sowing discord, organizing gangs, etc., cause immature and weak-minded people to blindly follow, creating faults like a toad with sores, causing the wishes of many people in this life and the next to be completely ruined. Therefore, all thoughtful people should not even dream of following them, let alone follow them, and should expose and punish them to the best of their ability. In short, a monk who neither listens, thinks, nor meditates, but spends his life indulging in worldly affairs such as greed and hatred for business profits is an image of a monk. Like a monk in a painting.
