There are three categories of what is established as the fruit of the path. The second category is: the body is like the one who shows, Indra; the speech is like a great drum that gives excellent teachings; the mind's compassion pervades like a cloud; the body's emanation shows like Brahma; the wisdom's joy is like the sun; the mind's secret is like a jewel; the speech's secret is like an echo; the body's secret is like the sky; and the activity of compassion is like the earth. In short, the activities of body, speech, and mind are gathered into three categories. As it is said in the Uttaratantra: Like Indra, a great drum, a cloud, Brahma, and the sun, like a jewel, the Thus-Gone One is like an echo, like the sky and the earth. Thus it is said. The third category is: the activity of the agent and the activity that exists in the object. The first is: like the wisdom of the Buddha. The second is: like the roots of virtue of sentient beings who have faith in the Buddha. The fourth category is: spontaneously accomplished and continuous. The first is: the Buddha's activity is spontaneously accomplished through five characteristics: knowing the distinctions of the realms of those to be tamed, knowing the means of taming, establishing the activity of taming in higher realms and definite goodness, the place where it exists, and going to the time of taming. Because it is included in spontaneous accomplishment. As it is said in the Uttaratantra: The realm of those to be tamed and the means of taming, the activity of taming the realm of those to be tamed, and going to that place and time, the pervasive lord is always included in spontaneous accomplishment. Thus it is said. The second is: through three causes, the Buddha's activity is continuous: in the past, vowing to only do what benefits others during the stage of learning the path, seeing oneself and all sentient beings as equal in having the essence of the Sugata, and because the activity is not completed until the cycle of those to be tamed is empty. As it is said in the Uttaratantra: Because of the renunciation of the power of others, and seeing oneself and sentient beings as equal, and because the activity is not completed, the activity does not cease while the cycle of existence exists. Thus it is said. In short, the activity of the fully enlightened Buddha is: the essence is whatever benefits those to be tamed, the aspect is spontaneously accomplished without the mark of effort, the time is continuous until the cycle of existence is empty, and the extent is boundless like the sky.

It pervades all sentient beings, engaging in a manner endowed with four characteristics. As stated in the Uttaratantra: "Thus, to the extent of the expanse of space, for beings, constantly, spontaneously accomplished, unimpeded, the wise one's, benefit of sentient beings, truly engages." Thus it is said. The literal meaning is: The activity of the Dharmakaya, is continuous and uninterrupted, because it arises continuously until the cycle of those to be tamed is not empty.
