然而对于什么应赞颂的，供养布施等最为珍视。此外，宣说胜者之语，放生念咒造擦擦。如是尽力行善，除了往昔深重之业，星宿和合之时，以及时神鬼怪的损害，都能平息和遣除。一切法皆是缘起性，因为成立之故，而缘起也并非存在于自心之分别念外，因此，一切知者薄伽梵，以及诸佛子之教言，如实了知世俗谛缘起不虚妄，故于此处宣说。历算之诀窍《日光显现》中，讲述包含历算结果认识之次第，此为第二十三品。星算理路深奥难懂，我虽才智浅薄仍无所畏惧地说出这些，如有任何过失，如同幼儿随意说话，祈请智者如母亲般宽容。一切法于胜义本性之安住中，虽远离历算与结果之戏论，然为宣说世俗谛缘起不虚，故凡欲求善者皆应纳受。于此精进所生之福德水藏，搅拌出生之妙语日光之光辉，愿其照耀，使无明黑暗之军，终结，光明无上！此为历算之诀窍名为《日光显现》，乃愚昧之比丘达玛西（དྷརྨ་ཤྲཱིཿ，Dharmaśrī）于自己二十八岁，饶迥盛火铁女鸡年（1321年）所著，长久以来，虽心中渴望对词义两方面进行校对，但因时势所迫，仅能抽取部分章节，未能对文本进行全面审查，因此一直搁置。之后，为了一切三世诸佛之总集、种姓与坛城之主宰、恩德无与伦比之至尊上师大掘藏师法王，以及身之子、持戒精进之五明大学者霞仲昆仲等之教言，以恭敬之心顶戴，开始进行校对之时，由具足信心与布施等殊胜功德的东方康区

However, for whatever is to be praised, offerings and generosity are most cherished. Furthermore, proclaiming the words of the Victorious Ones, releasing life, reciting mantras, and making tsatsas. By striving to do good in these ways, except for the heavy karma of the past, the harm of planets, constellations, conjunctions, and time gods and spirits, can be pacified and averted. All phenomena are of the nature of dependent arising, because they are established as such, and dependent arising is not other than the conceptual thoughts of one's own mind. Therefore, the All-Knowing Bhagavan, and the teachings of all the Buddhas' sons, truly understand that conventional dependent arising is not deceptive, and therefore it is explained here. From the manual of calculation, "Appearance of the Sun," the twenty-third chapter, which explains the stages of understanding the results of calculation. Although the principles of astrology are profound and difficult to understand, I, with my meager intellect, have spoken these words without hesitation. If there are any faults, like a child speaking carelessly, may the wise ones forgive me like a mother. Although all phenomena are free from the elaborations of calculation and results in the state of ultimate reality, because it is said that conventional dependent arising is not deceptive, those who desire good should accept it. May the treasure of merit, the water that arises from effort here, the glory of the sun that is the excellent speech churned from it, shine forth and destroy the army of ignorance, and may the light be unsurpassed! This is the manual of calculation called "Appearance of the Sun," written by the foolish monk Dharmaśrī when he was twenty-eight years old, in the Iron Female Bird year of the Rabjung Strong Fire (1321).
