He bestowed many empowerments and transmissions to the four great sacred sites and retreatants, fulfilling their respective wishes. On the seventh day of the eighth month, when presenting the introduction to the Thögal of the Heart Essence to the upper and lower ranks, he offered rainbow-colored Chinese mirrors, silver bowls, burning butter lamps, and so on as donations. After the completion of the Heart Essence instructions, he bestowed the empowerment and transmission of Yamaraja Red Wrathful and the Vajrakila Secret Razor. As donations, he offered Mongolian bells with silver handles, Mongolian cymbals, gold, and other valuable items. He also bestowed the empowerment of Red Yamaraja to the monastic assembly. For the protection of Yachen Rinpoche, he performed a special liberation ritual, consecrated it for seven days, and then offered the empowerment and transmission related to it. He also offered precious medicines and other offerings in accordance with the stated amount. Afterwards, he performed a vase practice for five days, and on the twenty-fourth, he performed curse removal, demon removal, and death deception rituals for Yachen Rinpoche. The next day, in the upper chamber of the residence, he performed a consecration ceremony for many objects of devotion, such as thangkas and embossed images of Yachen Rinpoche, and bestowed wonderful Chinese-style peaceful ornaments of precious rain. The kapala (Sanskrit: Kapala, Devanagari: कपाल, Roman transliteration: kapāla, literal Chinese meaning: skull cup) was filled with the essence of nectar with auspicious signs. He also offered a vajra khatvanga (Sanskrit: Khaṭvāṅga, Devanagari: खट्वाङ्ग, Roman transliteration: Khaṭvāṅga, literal Chinese meaning: sky staff), a water-pouring Mongolian tea strainer, long white silk scarves, and other extensive offerings. He personally attended the ceremony and was very pleased, giving his blessings. Due to the auspiciousness of the offerings, he empowered the ornaments and implements of the Vajradharas and proclaimed the sign of upholding the pure and undefiled teachings for a long time, naturally accomplishing it, and it was understood that they were being cared for. The master also bestowed a prayer for the rebirths of Je Tsongkhapa as a decree at this time. He also said that hand and foot prints must be offered for the newly built thangka that corresponds to it, and he made a heavy demand. Then, he offered the ripening and liberation instructions of the Yonten Gyesdrön, the verses on its visualization, the consecration, and the transmissions of most of the master's own writings. At that time, he gave the empowerment of the New Treasures to Dorje Drak Rinpoche and received a long life empowerment in return. He reported to the Desi Rinpoche that the Dharma estate of Bodong Chokorwa would remain as it was.

After being urged, he performed beneficial deeds. Then, upon welcoming him, he bestowed generous gifts, including all the monasteries of Loro Tashi Thongmon's Three Jewels, fifty silver pieces, thirty-five silk cloths, various silks, tea, silver pots, silver mandalas, and more. On the fifth day of the ninth month, he set out from Tse (Rikaze, Tibet) to Lhasa to pay homage to the Jowo Shakyamuni statue. Representatives from major sacred sites such as Kagyu Sma, Jangling, and Zhika Shar each invited him to their respective gatherings and bestowed the empowerment of Longevity Horse Life Guru Drag. Ditsa Rinpoche came to meet him, and he offered scarves and other gifts of honor. The decree of the Drikung Tulku and fine gifts such as horses were sent. At Ganden Khangsar, he only met Dorje Drak Rigzin Tulku who resided there, and then set out, gradually bestowing the empowerment to dispel obstacles upon the mother and child attendants of his uncle in Chushur (Qushui, Lhasa, Tibet). He met with many people, including Chakzam Jeyon and the steward Lhundrup Rabtenpa, fulfilling their wishes, and then returned to the monastery. Soon after, his younger brother Kunga Chultrim and his uncle Drungpa went to Loro Dzong to take charge of Tashi Thongmon's finances. Upon learning that the father of Trewo Tulku had passed away and that offerings for the deceased were needed, as well as an invitation to the refuge, he specially dispatched the chamberlain Chodze to report the situation. The officials of Dumbo came to meet him, and he fulfilled their wishes with the empowerment of Longevity Guru Drag and others. When the accountants from Loro arrived, he appointed Umdze, Drungne, and others to handle affairs and bestowed the empowerment of Yamaraja. It is said that at this time, auspicious signs such as changes in the current affairs assembly occurred. Then, on the twenty-fifth day of the tenth month, he set out for Tsangrong, visiting monasteries along the way. The next day, in Tsangdo Chakkar, Pal Deu Drupchen offered a tsokhor and other elaborate offerings. From Dau La, he gradually passed through Ba Deu, Tsetang, and other places, staying at Rongchu Hot Springs for five days, enjoying the hot springs. Meals and firewood were provided by the government from Rinbung Dzong. Many locals also came to meet him there. Then, he gradually passed through Domo Rawa, Kyishong Nangpa, and so on.
