Previously, in the twelfth month of the Water Ox year, there was a prophecy that the Tiger year would be as painful as having a thorn stuck in the heart. One night, the尊者 himself had a dream of his eyes falling out, which was considered a bad omen. At that time, he told the monks of Lhodrak Monastery that it was not appropriate to hold religious ceremonies during the Dharma assembly. On the night of the fourteenth, he also clearly saw the scenery of the willow forest fields. Then, on the dawn of the seventeenth day, which was the eighteenth day, the day of commemorating the Omniscient Great One, Gyalsé Rinpoche passed away at the age of twenty-seven with many wondrous signs. Moreover, this Rinpoche was born as the younger brother of this 尊者's clan, and served him faithfully with unwavering faith. With wisdom, he was unobstructed in the five sciences, and his body was pure, unblemished by even the slightest transgressions of precepts and natural faults. He treated all beings like his only child, which was a virtuous act, possessing all the qualities necessary for a spiritual friend. However, due to some errors in the arrangement of the auspicious connections of the New Treasure Dharma Lord, he encountered obstacles to his life at a young age. At that time, in front of the remains, the 尊者 himself led a small group of teachers and disciples, and the monks of Mindrolling Monastery established offerings in the assembly hall. On the night of the twentieth, he clearly saw the pure land where his younger brother had passed away, and where he would be reborn. In the mandala of luminous wisdom, he bestowed the empowerment of the Guru Rigdzin Kundü ((藏文:བླ་མ་རིག་འཛིན་ཀུན་འདུས།,梵文天城体:गुरु विद्याधर कुन्दस,梵文罗马拟音:guru vidyādhara kundas,汉语字面意思:上师持明总集)), thereby taking him under his care. On the night of the tenth of July, the 尊者 had many old monks of the monastery as attendants, and cremated the remains in a peaceful cremation ceremony. The Emperor, who was the main benefactor, and many great beings from all directions made offerings, and tea and food were offered to the monastic community. On each anniversary of his death, monks were invited from each monastic community in the monastery, and many different mandalas were opened. The central government gave generous gifts of silver, cloth, silk, tea, butter, meat, grain, etc., and all those who were close to him, both great and small, also made offerings.

Tea and other offerings were extensively displayed. At the head of the welcoming procession, the eminent Dorje Drak Rigdzin Tulku was invited, and he was treated with reverence and service, offered prayers and gifts, and praised for his virtues. Generous offerings, including tea, cushions, and donations, were also made to the large gathering of monks from the major and minor monasteries within the monastic community, led by the monastic assembly of Gangpa, as well as to the assembly of people, including beggars. To the Tulku Rinpoche, he listened to the empowerment of the Wrathful Nine-Headed One and the longevity empowerment of the Iron Tree Mother, and in return, he offered the subsequent permission of the War Banner Armor, and then he was sent back with farewells and escorts. As internal supports, thangkas of the Eight Names, seven sets of the Padma Kathang (Words of the Lotus-Born), and volumes of the New Treasures were completed during the winter season. With the Lord himself presiding, along with the assembly of Mindrolling, a grand consecration ceremony was performed. After that, the middle-ranking abbot of Samdrub Monastery passed away, and as an invitation came to Lhodrak Banba, he traveled through Tamshul, first arriving at Darma's dry land, and upon seeing the great site of Kharchu, he made a torma offering to Lhamo (Shri Devi), and then proceeded to Samgon Monastery. He opened the mandala of Dongchug, performed the rituals of purifying obscurations and clarifying awareness, as well as the practice of cremation, presided over the funeral procession, and provided extensive services and offerings. There, he bestowed empowerments and transmissions of longevity, Hayagriva, Wrathful Guru, etc., to the abbot's brother, Lama Lhadrowa, and the Lord's own sisters.
