These are the four very important suppressions. The king manifested emanations and built one each day. Also, the four border taming temples were subdued. On the right elbow of the ogress-like figure, Kongpo Buchu was built; on the left, Khothing Lhakhang; on the left knee, Gungthang; and on the right, Jang Drak Dumtse. Then, the four limbs were suppressed: on the right palm, Dokham Longtang Drolma; and on the left, Jang Tsangpa Lhunon Lhakhang were built. On the right sole, Mangyul Jangtrin; and on the left, Paro Kyichu Lhakhang were erected. All of these were built by the king manifesting emanations, one each day. So it is said. In Buton's History of Buddhism, unlike other accounts, it says that on the right knee is Kabrak, on the left is Drak Dumtse, on the right palm is Jangtsal Lhunon, on the left is Longtang Drolma, and on the left sole is Mon Bumthang. In any case, the border taming, further taming, and the supports of Trulnang and Ramoche were all built. During the reign of this Dharma king, teachers such as Kusara from India, the Brahmin Shangkara, the Nepalese teacher Shrila Manju, and the Chinese teacher Heshang Mahayana were invited, and many parts of the Tripitaka and Tantras were translated, establishing the tradition of the teachings. Although there were no actual teachings, the king himself secretly bestowed the teachings of the Great Compassionate Peaceful and Wrathful deities to many fortunate ones, and it is said that in Nyangbran Pabongka, hundreds of yogis with matted hair, practicing the yoga of Great Compassion, regularly appeared. It is said that the teachings given at that time were collected into three treasures, which were extracted from the treasures by the accomplished Angdruk, the lord Nyang, and Shakya Od, and this is now known as the Mani Kabum, a profound teaching of the Nyingma tradition.

To serve as the basis of the body, Samye Mindroling Monastery, the unchanging and spontaneously accomplished, was built along with its supports. As it is said: Even if the main temple, the basis of the body, is completed, if the sacred Dharma, the basis of speech, is not translated into Tibetan, enlightenment cannot be attained through conditioned virtues. As it was said, Khenchen Zhiwa-tsho was invited, as well as twelve monks from the Sarvāstivādin (一切有部) school of the Vikramashila Monastery, along with the completion of Sba Salnang, Sangshi-ta, the son of Rba Khri-gzher, Vairocana, the son of Pagor He-dod, Nganlam Gyalwa Chokyang, Rma A-tsa-ra Rinchen Chok, Sum Gyalwa Jangchub, and Rba Ratna, totaling seven.
