Two with curved knives, four with sticks. The practice system of performing the outer practice of the stick-wielding deity includes the inner practice of the tiger-riding one, the speech practice of the fierce whip, and the mind practice. These are the practice systems of the fierce activities of the lords of action who suppress those commands. Among those with curved knives, there are those with and without the 'ghanta' (藏文:གྷནྡྷེ་,梵文天城体:घण्टा,梵文罗马拟音:ghaṇṭā,汉语字面意思:bell). The one without the ghanta holds a skull knife. Although there is one inconceivable practice for this, the main ones are the three practices, large, medium, and small, composed by the Brahmin Choksi, known as the 'Lord with the Curved Knife'. Although there are many practices for the one with the ghanta, the Lord appeared to the Brahmin Chokse and gave him this practice, a secret instruction following the Vajra Tent. It is said that when the Brahmin Chokse was practicing Hevajra and other deities in the land of Pedhan, Remati repeatedly created obstacles by placing her palm in the way, causing him to become intoxicated. The Lord himself struck Remati with a metal hook, saying, 'Are you a oath-breaker, flesh-eater, who harms the teachings in this way?' and then made Remati intoxicated. 'This sister of mine is still creating obstacles for you. Practice this!' and thus gave the practice of the Lord. There are solitary practices and combined practices. Within the solitary practice system, there are male solitary practices and female solitary practices. Within the male solitary practice, there are practices in the form of the Lord of Hosts and practices in the form of a command. Within the female solitary practice, there are five practices: in the form of Ekajati, in the form of Remati, in the form of Bhelmo, in the form of Monmo, and in the form of the goddess Musog Lug. The combined practice is said to be of two types: in the form of father and mother, and in the form of brother and sister. Either of these can be practiced with the Monpa retinue, which is the combined practice. The retinue includes the action lord with the copper knife, the five Monpa siblings, the lord of the charnel ground, the Eight Classes, the practice of the messengers, the practice of the Monpa, and various accounts of the origin of the Monpa. This is how the Great Black One and his sister came to be. This was composed by Jamyang Mati at the urging of devoted and diligent students. This account of the various origins of the glorious Great Black One and his sister is at the repeated urging of many students... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
