The flesh of the perineum is connected to the back. The wheel of the body, as mentioned above, should be done here as well. By this, there is no possibility of leakage. It is held by three methods of grasping: grasping the root of the vajra, grasping before the bliss is complete, and grasping when the absorption is interrupted. [If the left thumb is released, the bodhicitta and a piece are lost together, like abandoning a child.] [If the left thumb is released, the bodhicitta and a piece are lost together, like abandoning a child.]] At that time, the bliss is grasped as without inherent existence. Then there are three methods of reversing: [If the two unmoving ones are interrupted, grasping the bodhicitta will make both the karma seal and the bliss clear.] The supreme letter, the great nail instruction, [and also like an illusion.] The reversal of the mantra, these three. Among them, when reversing with the supreme letter, reverse at the root of the tongue. Pronounce 'Ni' backwards and draw the bliss upwards. The great nail instruction is to visualize the vajra at the waist with the head of Hūṃ facing downwards. Recite Hūṃ Hūṃ continuously, and as it cools, draw the perineum upwards with Hūṃ. [By saying this, the dual winds are drawn upwards.] With the mudrā of the consort, recite 'Phaṭ Phaṭ', and with the illusion of the mudrā, fill the perineum with wind, and with the force of the wind, push the bodhicitta upwards from the vase of the vajra. By this, it is impossible not to reverse it. Then, mixing with the wind is to place the mudrā, and hold one's own wind in a vase-like manner as much as possible. By this, the bindu and the wind are mixed in the navel, and it is impossible to leak downwards. Then, stabbing into the pulse points is to clench the left hand into a fist, press the index finger into the ground, and place the weight of the body [by this, one must be accustomed to the wind] on it, which will cause it to hit the pulse points. Meditate in this way many times [In India, it is said that there are those who can support the body with only one index finger. From dhuti upwards, going to the great bliss wheel, and from there to the previously lowered pulses.], and eventually the whole body will tremble with comfort, which is self-blessing. Then, by meditating on becoming accustomed to it, all appearances will appear as bliss, which is self-blessing. [Just hearing the sound of the karma mudrā. Then, give the karma seal a reward and release it, then there is no need to unite with the mudrā woman, and one should not be attached.] [Just hearing the sound of the karma mudrā.
