Let go of attachment. [Common remedy.] Let go of emptiness in happiness, and let go of happiness in emptiness. [Inner experience and outer realm, drink in bliss-emptiness. With mental focus.] Meet in non-duality. Do not despise happiness by cherishing happiness. Do not doubt. In general, for all discomforts, visualize your own lama at your heart, visualize the fire of tummo at your navel, and between the two, visualize the form of the disease or the form of a mist. With your mind, pray to the lama to pacify this discomfort of illness. These [this is also a common remedy] are the collection of key points. Then, inhale and ignite the fire, burning the form of the disease together with the lama's lotus posture, this is pacifying the disease. Then, block the flow of breath, apply extremely strong force to the flowing area, and through meditation, expel all diseases outward, visualizing them scattering like meat scraps, this is sending away the disease. Then, settle the mind in emptiness, this is transforming the disease into clear light. [If the mind cannot be settled, then it is a remedy.] [If the mind cannot be settled, then it is a remedy. If going out, press down on the place to go.] Abide in purity. As in the aforementioned instruction of consciousness riding the wind, visualize the body without roots or foundation, tighten the lower breath, and visualize the breath flowing up and down. If there is a nosebleed, raise the hand on the side where the bleeding is occurring, shake it, and wipe it back to the back of the neck. Do this three times. If the body sweats repeatedly, apply fine flour and do not interrupt the meditation. If bindu continuously drips, tighten the breath, visualize all bodhicitta radiating like sunlight from the pores, food is unpleasant, the abdomen is hot and emits the sound 'Hum' (Tibetan, Devanagari, huṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, hūṃ, meaning to subdue), then reduce the meditation time. Whatever obstacles such as demons arise, value the armor of emptiness. If this does not help, apply the five ambrosias or Achala all over the body. The oral instructions of the lamas, the key points of meditation and healing. Auspicious and complete! The profound instruction on balancing the four elements! The method of releasing illness. Homage to the venerable lama and the glorious Vajrayogini! Regarding the peg for releasing illness, there are generally two types: experiences that arise as gentle dharma and those that arise as fierce dharma. Blessings that abide as gentle dharma and those that abide as fierce dharma. Obstacles that arise as gentle dharma and those that arise as fierce dharma. Beneficial experiences and harmful experiences. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Experiences that are neither beneficial nor harmful! Firstly, there are three experiences of inseparable method and wisdom. Harmful rough experiences transform into four practices. The cause of pain is the channels, winds, and bindus (thig le). There are three types of channels: the male channel is strong and high, the female channel is soft and low, and the neutral channel is balanced. There are also three types of winds: the male wind is strong and rough, the female wind is soft and slow, and the neutral wind is in between the two. There are also three types of bliss arising from bindus: male bliss is more bliss than non-thought, female bliss is more emptiness than bliss, and neutral bliss is a balance of the two. Secondly, the classification of pain includes: channel pain, wind pain, and bindu pain. Thirdly, the characteristics of pain are threefold: channel pain is a severe stabbing pain; wind pain is without stabbing pain, without appetite, and feeling dull; bindu pain is a mixture of stabbing pain and bliss. If female wind resides in the male channel, it is easy to eliminate the stabbing pain. If female wind resides in the male channel, the stabbing pain is less, but it is difficult to treat once it occurs. If neutral wind enters the male channel, the amount of pain and the ease of treatment are moderate. No matter which of the three winds enters the female channel, there will be no stabbing pain. The neutral channel changes with the wind, and if the wind also remains in the state of neutral wind, there will be no pain. If female wind enters the neutral channel, there will be slight pain, which is easy to treat. If male wind enters the neutral channel, there will be slight pain, which is slightly difficult to treat. Fourthly, the method of treating pain is: when a yogi experiences pain, three thoughts arise: one is to think it is a disease, two is to think it is caused by evil spirits, and three is to think it is a fault in practice. There are three methods to treat these: externally balancing tastes, internally balancing the mind, and secretly balancing the mind. Firstly, in general, Vajrayana practitioners should partake of the five vows of nectar, for which there are three ways: the best is to actually partake, the intermediate is to visualize, and the lowest is to generate faith. In particular, for a person who becomes ill through experience and practice, foods such as meat, alcohol, garlic, onions, and alcohol should be avoided, and noodle soup and warm porridge should be given. This will lighten the stomach. Filter the urine into iron or new pottery, and drink it after the steam has dissipated. Stool should also be taken gradually from both ends, increasing the intake. In this way, balance the tastes for one, two, or three days, depending on the heat and cold of the disease, etc. Seed syllables and mantras: None --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
