Body (སྐུ།), completely pure and without self. In the appearance of interdependent aggregation, the body is emptiness, Nāropa. All stable and moving things are driven by the wind (energy). The inexpressible three syllables (seed syllables) transform into the sound of Vajra, speech is emptiness, Nāropa. Appearances unceasing, in relative truth, the illusory body appears. The ordinary body of great bliss is the pure body, this is the illusory body, Nāropa. The appearances of grasping things as real, all merge into non-dual wisdom. In the meditation of oneness, it is luminosity, Nāropa. The meaning of all dharmas gathered together is the ultimate self-arisen Mahamudra. Being one with Vajradhara, it is union, Nāropa. The base body (fundamental body), the mind gathers and becomes pure, in the base there are five objects of purification. By taking this as the path, one can perfect the five stages. Gathering everything together, it is learning all at once. In the generation stage, visualize the deity, know the body as the pure body of emptiness. With the Vajra recitation of the three syllables (seed syllables), and with the three appearances as the object of focus. One's own body appears as an illusion, and the mind itself transforms into luminosity. The three bodies of union are inseparable, and can be manifested, Nāropa. Having said this, they truly understood its meaning, the two yogis and their retinue, all attained supreme wisdom. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
