马尔巴大师教言集MARPA4，金刚持帝洛巴和那若巴智慧成就之歌 1-1-39a ༄༅། །金刚持帝洛巴和那若巴智慧成就之歌 ༄། །至尊帝洛巴尊者开示那若巴，应依止具相上师： 1-1-39b 良田沃土，众人皆可耕耘， 然心智低下者，却不事稼穑。 为除痛苦疾病之折磨， 如导师般者，发起菩提之心。 手持硕大珍珠串， 调伏地水火风诸元素。 四大海中，尽是珍宝之主， 蜂蜜精华，蕴含酥油之精髓。 勤于练习，精通技艺。 解脱于蝴蝶、鹿、蜜蜂， 以及鱼和大象之束缚。 纵被毒箭所伤亦能复原， 雄鹰于水中自由翱翔。 极其富裕，财富充盈， 精通农耕之事。 母亲使孩子成熟。 于摧毁者雄狮之上师， 身语意三，竭尽所能供养。 以恭敬心，如是再三， 寻觅依止，勤奋承侍。 如是经由隐喻而宣说。顶礼诸位上师。 昔日印度南方， 有一名为萨兰贝拉瓦·吉伽杰达（藏文：ས་རམ་བྷེ་ར་བ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་གཞད་པ་，恐怖笑声）之大尸陀林。乃大自在天所加持之地。其中佛教徒和外道徒之空行母们，于良辰吉日轮流集会，恒常举行会供。 瑜伽自在帝洛巴，于西方索玛普日寺（藏文：སོ་མ་པུ་རིའི་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་）被囚禁十三年，于铁牢之下精进修持。 1-1-40a 亲见本尊坛城，获得驾驭五大元素和十二处之能力，获得共同成就。欲行持瑜伽士之行时，心想不可违背母亲和堪布之教言，遂以神通示现鱼之神识于虚空。僧众知其已获成就，任其自由离去。于是前往印度南方寻觅上师那伽汝尊（藏文：ན་གརྫུ་ན་）。于萨兰贝拉瓦·吉伽杰达（藏文：ས་ལམ་བྷེ་ར་བ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་བཞད་པ་，恐怖笑声）尸陀林中，于玛当（藏文：མ་ཏང་）之茅棚中相遇。遂问上师那伽汝尊是否在此。彼答道：‘上师已前往为乐神之王讲法。’

To eliminate the suffering of disease, Like a guide, they generate the mind of enlightenment. Holding a large string of pearls, Subduing the elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. From the four great oceans, the lord of jewels, The essence of honey contains the heart of butter. Practiced and skilled in craftsmanship. Freed from butterflies, deer, bees, And fish and elephants. Not struck by poisonous arrows, even if struck, they recover, The eagle dwells soaring in the water. Very wealthy, rich and exceedingly rich, Engaged in the work of farming. The mother ripens the child. To the lama who is the lion of destroyers, Offer body, speech, and mind, whatever you can. With reverence, again and again, Seek and rely on them, strive to serve them. Thus he spoke through metaphors. Homage to the holy lamas. In the past, in the southern part of India, There was a great charnel ground called Sarambherava Jikjé Zhépa (藏文：ས་རམ་བྷེ་ར་བ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་གཞད་པ་, Terrifying Laughter). It was blessed by the great Lord Ishvara. There, the dakinis of Buddhists and non-Buddhists would gather in turns on auspicious days and always hold tsokhor. The lord of yoga, Tilopa, was imprisoned in the western Soma Pura Monastery for thirteen years, practicing under the iron bars. 1-1-40a He saw the mandala of his tutelary deity and gained power over the elements and sense bases, attaining common siddhis. When he wanted to go into conduct, he thought that he could not break the words of his mother and khenpo, so he showed the miracle of transforming the consciousness of a fish into the sky. The Sangha knew that he had attained accomplishment and let him go as he pleased. Then he went to the southern part of India to look for Lama Nagarjuna. In the charnel ground of Salambherava Jikjé Zhépa (藏文：ས་ལམ་བྷེ་ར་བ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་བཞད་པ་, Terrifying Laughter), he met him in the hut of Matang. He asked if Lama Nagarjuna was there.
