The lotus is the ornament of the crown of the head, Taking the nectar of speech as the essence of liberation and bliss, even such a biography completely reveals, symbolizing the great lord of kindness, such a supreme peak, after this, no great figures of either self or others have appeared, it is obvious. Because of their greatness, the non-sectarian scholars and accomplished ones are like an ocean, attracted by the fragrance of the lotus like bees, unanimously respectful, and nothing more. Because of the decree of the Qing emperor, the great lord of kindness, the Ratreng Trichen Ngawang Yeshe Tsangpo (阿齐呼图克图) was also revered as a guru. Amdo Amchok Geshe Chenpo praised him as the all-knowing. The great bodhisattva Mongolian Toyon Pandita, who abandoned the wealth of the Qing emperor's inner minister, the powerful wheel-turning king, like dust, saw the rosary of speech and his heart was involuntarily captivated. At present, the lord of the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, the master of all the teachings on earth, the all-knowing Vajradhara Dalai Lama XIII, Lobsang Thubten Gyatso, with his venerable face, praised Kongtrul Yonten Gyatso Rinpoche as a guide to illuminating the Buddha's teachings, a virtuous accomplished one who has realized the non-sectarian teachings, and in the manner of a golden decree, ordered him to carry out the work of benefiting the snowy land. The feet of the Manchu Emperor, the great patron, were secured, and he was praised with a golden book, and so on, just as it is said: If a person has virtues, they will gather even without being summoned. Fragrant flowers, though far away, bees gather like clouds. As it is said. Here it is said: The offering tree of the three realms, Mandara, The edge of the liberation of the all-knowing Dharma Raja, Only in the face of the profound and clear wisdom of the noble ones, How can ordinary people know? A small part of the wonderful deeds, The white light falls, the water lilies of faith and joy, Bloom at will, the profound and vast liberation, What need is there to say about the glory of the full moon? The great chariot of Jambudvipa, praised by the victors, The incarnation of Padmasambhava, the wise and accomplished Dharma Raja, One part of the last deeds.

於此宣說： 諸位賢善弟子僅是開啟喉嚨之門。 以此書寫之善，願尊貴上師 於所往之淨土得見尊顏， 以語之光明摧破心之黑暗， 於平等性之意境中證得菩提！ 如是，亦欲作為廣大傳記之續篇。 上師金剛持之 心子之首，吾等之殊勝善知識噶瑪扎西沃色（Karma Tashi Özer）。圓滿教法之怙主，金剛持師徒一切知，以及五明之自在者，噶托司徒大班智達三位尊者之前，蒙受開許，且嘉瓦欽哲（Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo）之近侍，智者策仁扎西（Tsering Tashi）亦明示務必為之。上師之侍者，供養師洛色瓦（Loselwa）密咒丹增（Sangngak Tendzin）亦敦促云：「此事唯汝可為，勿為懈怠所趁。」久已耽擱，然於岩洞金剛阿闍黎喇嘛貢魯（ Lama Gonlu）等諸多具義者之勸請下，再次於繞迥增長鐵牛年薩嘎月之良辰吉日，略述如種子之文字，此乃蔣貢喇嘛金剛持大士以無比大悲所攝受之末流扎西曲培（Tashi Chöpel）於八邦寺（Palpung Monastery）所書寫。其後，近侍丹巴策仁頓昆珠巴（Tsering Dondrub）亦云：「此事完成極好，然仍有可增刪之處。」並作序及刊印之緣起。再次於第二書信中，於阿洛班覺岡（Alo Paljor Gang）之寺院，以吉祥緣起圓滿完成之善， 願自他一切速得上師之果位！吉祥增長！༈།།嗡 索斯帝 悉曇。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི་སིདྡྷཾ།，梵文天城體：，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ svasti siddhaṃ，漢語字面意思：嗡，吉祥，成就。）解脫與遍知城之舵手， 唯有具相上師之光輝最盛。 以諸多奇妙所莊嚴， 地上無與倫比之文殊金剛真身。 遍知上師之殊勝傳記， 縱然僅是些微亦是具緣解脫樂之精華， 非以甘露之寶藏明月所能比喻， 此乃具緣者一切歡喜之春。 以清淨之心銘記於心， 多麥（Amdo）之總領主，米傑扎薩（Mijé Dzasak）大人， 福德力之

Here I speak: For the learned disciples, it is merely opening the door of the throat. By the merit of writing this, may the glorious and venerable Lama Meet face to face in the pure land where he has gone, May the darkness of the mind be dispelled by the light of his speech, And may enlightenment be attained in the realm of equanimity! Thus, I also wish to make it a continuation of the great biography. The foremost of the heart-sons of the Vajradhara Lama, our noble and virtuous spiritual friend Karma Tashi Özer. By the command of the all-knowing protector of the complete teachings, the Vajradhara master and disciples, and the three great masters of Katok Situ Mahāpaṇḍita, who are masters of the five sciences, and also by the clear statement of the wise Tsering Tashi, the attendant of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, that it is necessary to do it. Also, the attendant of the Lama, the offering master Loselwa Sangngak Tendzin, urged, "This is something that only you can do, so do not be overcome by laziness." It had been delayed for a long time, but at the urging of many meaningful people such as Lama Gonlu, the Vajra Acharya of the rock cave, again on the auspicious day of the Saga month of the Iron Ox year of the Rabjung increase, I have briefly mentioned these words as seeds. This was written by Trashichöpel, the lowest of those who were cared for with great compassion by Jamyang Lama Vajradhara, at Palpung Monastery. Later, the close attendant Dampa Tsering Dondrub also said, "It is very good that this has been completed, but there are still things that should be added or subtracted." And he made the introduction and the beginning of the printing. Again, in the second letter, with auspicious interdependence, the virtue of completing it at the monastery of Alo Paljor Gang, May it become the cause for myself and others to quickly attain the state of a Lama!
