祈请垂念发慈悲，为了虚空边际一切众生，我速证得圆满正觉后，如名号美妙普扬之国王，愿我也能如彼一般成就。任何众生若受疾病瘟疫、邪魔外祟等，种种怖畏所逼恼，以我之威力，忆念我名号，病魔立即平息，直至菩提之间，愿不受损害。1。 耳聋、眼盲、癫狂及白癜等，为严重疾病所侵袭者，忆念并念诵我名号，直至菩提之间，愿痛苦止息，根识完具。2。 造作五无间罪及舍弃正法等，听闻我名号之顷刻，业障即尽除，直至菩提之间，不生于恶趣，已生者亦迅速得解脱。3。 因无资财而陷贫困者，我名号若入于心，直至证得精华藏，饮食、财物、谷物、珍宝、饰品、衣物、卧具、香等，愿受用增长。4。 任何被囚禁于牢狱，并遭兵器击打，为诸多损害所折磨者，我名号若入于心，直至菩提之间，愿损害止息，安乐满足。5。 身受煎熬，为火焚烧、猛兽所噬，以及遭毒蛇所伤、溺水濒临死亡者，忆念我名号，从一切怖畏中解脱，愿一切恶毒者皆具慈爱心。因争斗争论而心绪紊乱，以及陷于恐惧惊慌者，忆念我之名，愿斗争彻底平息，彼此安住于慈爱心中。7。 于江河大海中乘船，无洲可依，前行且欲丧命，发出哀嚎者，以意念诵我名号，愿气息平稳，无有怖畏，安乐度过。8。 摧伏魔军，引导世间之二足尊胜者，以珍宝明月莲花善为庄严，顶礼智者光辉妙音王，祈请垂念发慈悲。为了虚空边际一切众生，我速证得圆满正觉后，如光辉妙音国王一般，愿我也能如彼一般成就。因农作经商等散乱，从善法中，衰退并为轮回四瀑流所逼恼者，

I prostrate and beseech you with compassion. For the sake of all beings pervading the expanse of the sky, may I quickly attain perfect enlightenment. Just like the king with a beautiful and widely proclaimed name, may I also become exactly like him. Any sentient beings who are afflicted by various fears such as diseases, epidemics, curses, and spells, through my power, by remembering my name, may their illnesses and evil influences be quickly pacified, and may they not be harmed until enlightenment. 1. Those who are deaf, blind, insane, or afflicted with vitiligo and other severe diseases, by remembering and reciting my name until enlightenment, may their suffering cease and their senses be complete. 2. Those who commit the five heinous crimes or abandon the sacred Dharma, upon hearing my name, may their karmic obscurations be exhausted immediately. Until enlightenment, may they not be reborn in the lower realms, and may those who are already born there be quickly liberated. 3. Those who are impoverished due to lack of possessions, by keeping my name in mind until the essence is attained, may their food, drink, wealth, grains, treasures, ornaments, clothing, bedding, incense, and other resources increase. 4. Those who are imprisoned in jails, beaten with weapons, and tormented by various harms, by keeping my name in mind until enlightenment, may the causes of harm cease and may they be satisfied with happiness. 5. Those who are suffering physically, burned by fire, devoured by wild animals, bitten by venomous snakes, or drowning and facing death, by remembering my name, may they be liberated from all fears, and may all malicious beings possess loving-kindness. Those who are disturbed in mind by fighting and arguing, and who are in fear and panic, by remembering my name, may fighting be completely pacified, and may they abide in mutual loving-kindness. 7. Those who embark on ships in rivers and oceans, without an island to rely on, going forward and desiring to die, uttering cries of lamentation, by mentally reciting my name, may their breath be eased, and may they cross over safely without fear. 8. Subduer of demons, the supreme two-legged guide of the world, adorned with precious moon lotuses, I prostrate to the wise and glorious King of Melodious Sound, and beseech you with compassion. For the sake of all beings pervading the expanse of the sky, may I quickly attain perfect enlightenment. Just like the glorious King of Melodious Sound, may I also become exactly like him. Those who are distracted by farming, business, and other activities, who have declined from virtuous Dharma, and who are tormented by the four torrents of samsara,

Just hearing my name brings about the fulfillment of all wishes. May the Bodhi mind and white virtues increase! 1 My name, as soon as it is heard by those exhausted from feeling happiness and suffering, In the ears of beings in the four modes of birth, May karmic obscurations be purified, and this life be the last. May they experience the bliss of the gods. 2 In the three thousand worlds, all beings tormented by female birth and The pain of childbirth, my name, Upon remembrance and utterance, suffering is pacified, May they attain a male body until enlightenment. 3 Those tormented by the Lord of Death, enemies, and monastic punishments, And those who experience the sorrow of losing friends and relatives, Hearing my name, the pain in their hearts, And harm from death, enemies, etc., be pacified. 4 Those who wander in darkness and are immersed in the depths of karma, Those who are tormented by evil spirits and are filled with fear, By remembering my name, darkness will disappear, May obstacles also abide in love and become offerings. 5 Those who lack skillful means and have little wisdom, my name, When it arises in their minds, may they remember the Three Jewels, May dharanis and the Dharma of enlightenment become manifest, May they follow the path of great wisdom. 6 Those who are inclined towards inferiority and engage in the Lesser Vehicle, By remembering my name, may they turn their backs on the grounds of Hearers and Solitary Realizers, Generate the mind of Bodhicitta, And attain inseparable, unsurpassed enlightenment. 7 When the aeon ends and the worlds are ablaze, Those who experience fear from the causes of non-virtue, By remembering my name, may they obtain the reality of coolness, And be miraculously born in a Buddha-field. 8 Radiantly shining with the marks of a hundred merits, The perfectly enlightened, golden, stainless Buddha, The Jewel Light, the accomplished ascetic, I prostrate and take refuge, please hold us with your compassion. For the sake of all beings pervading the extent of space, May I quickly attain perfect enlightenment, Just like the golden, stainless Buddha, May I and others also become just like that.
