系上红绳，生起不可动摇的权威；系上绿绳，具有不需勤作的威力和力量；系上蓝绳，增长巨大力量的才能；系上天之宝物白水晶，焕发无有衰败的青春；系上龙之宝物白海螺，积聚无有遗漏的成就；系上人之宝物珊瑚，成为一切善妙的吉祥；系上总集宝物绿松石，焕发不经勤作的威光。因为完全圆满，成就了胜过一切的吉祥征兆。收集外五大的精华，滋养内五根的所依，是不死寿命之箭。招引外四洲的福运，充满内部宝库的精华，是福寿祥运之箭。赞颂上部神和护法的威望，在世间增进善妙，是吉祥天神之箭，意义相同而名称众多，以此庄严。一个名称表达多种意义，依靠这来源、特点、必要圆满的事物。 以婚姻之路的绸缎相连，质地柔软如同一匹汉地丝绸。即使丝绸断裂，纽结也不会断开。以包含深意的言语开始，是令人惊叹的古老话题。即使人已逝去，传统也不会断绝。追随世间福运，是祖先留下的美好传统。为子孙后代留下美好的榜样。暂时来说，与法、财、欲、解脱四者以及十善的良好法规完全相关联，政治的财富、权势兴盛增长且不衰退，如长久以来的愿望一样实现，并且作为其顺缘，守护藏地的君主、神族的伟大领主，以及眷属臣民，祈愿他们一切圆满具足，如上弦月般增长广大，一心一意地献上吉祥的缘起和祈愿。吉祥增上！ 这是在多康德格（དེ༌དགེ，今四川甘孜藏族自治州德格县）王国，藏族大臣多喀尔（མདོ་མཁར）之妻到来时，树立箭幡时所说的吉祥话。

By attaching the red string, generate unshakable authority. By attaching the green string, possess the power and strength of effortless action. By attaching the blue string, increase the skill of great power. By attaching the crystal, the jewel of the gods, blaze with unfailing youth. By attaching the white conch, the jewel of the nagas, gather flawless accomplishments. By attaching the coral, the jewel of humans, make it the glory of all goodness. By attaching the turquoise, the jewel of all gatherings, blaze with the splendor of effortless manifestation. Being completely perfect, it is accomplished as an auspicious sign that triumphs over all directions. Collecting the essence of the five outer elements and nourishing the five inner elements, it is the arrow of immortal life. Summoning the fortune of the four outer continents and filling the inner treasury with essence, it is the arrow of fortune, life, and auspiciousness. Praising the dignity of the gods and guardians of Tsang and increasing goodness in the world, it is called the auspicious arrow of the gods, adorned with many names for the same meaning. One name expresses many meanings, relying on this object that is complete with origin, characteristics, and necessity. Connected by the silk of the marriage path, the texture is as smooth as a bolt of Han Chinese silk. Even if the silk breaks, the knot will not be broken. Beginning with words of profound meaning, it is a wondrous ancient topic. Even if people pass away, the tradition will not be broken. Following the fortune of the world, it is the good tradition left by the ancestors. Leaving a good example for future generations. Temporarily, it is fully connected with the four categories of Dharma, wealth, desire, and liberation, and with the good laws of the ten virtues. May the glory of political wealth and power increase and never decline, but always remain stable, and may the roots be accomplished as wished for a long time. And as a condition for that, may the noble lord of the Tibetan-protecting people, the great lord of the divine lineage, along with his retinue of subjects, increase and expand like the waxing moon in the glory of Dharma and goodness, and may we offer our single-minded auspicious connections and prayers. May goodness increase! These are the auspicious words spoken when erecting the arrow banner upon the arrival of the wife of the Tibetan minister Dokhar in the kingdom of Dokham Derge (དེ༌དགེ, Dege County, Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province).
