From among the three hundred young maidens, a princess was chosen to become the queen of the Tibetan king. In the land of Tibet, the white ten virtues were established. The sacred Dharma tradition flourished. The power of both politics and religion reached its zenith. From then until now, the conclusion that auspicious merits increase through the connection of marriage with arrows has come about. From then on, at this time, to explain the reason for this auspicious arrow in a slightly more specific way. Heaven and earth are combined as skillful means and wisdom. The essence of the five elements is condensed, possessing the enjoyment of nine necessary qualities, some of which are part of the common fortune of the world. The excellent wood relied upon by the Four Great Kings is the most supreme among all those endowed with virtues. It is the life force of the paternal enemy. It is the body wood of gods and protectors, adorned with the victory symbol at the top of the arrow shaft. Being straight and without cracks or bends, it is worthy of being a model for both politics and religion. Having no outer skin, it is free from the defilement of obscurations. Being hollow inside, it goes unimpeded in any direction it is pointed. Its leaves are green in both summer and winter, making it a nourishment for immortal life. This was taken from the depths of the remote southern region of Mon. Its rare and precious value is measured. It was made into an arrow by a miraculous craftsman. Adorned with feathers of equal size, these feathers are from the wings of a white conch eagle that has emerged from its shell and become the king of all that soar in the sky. Possessing both skillful means and wisdom, a sight is therefore installed at the top. Because it attracts the minds of gods and humans, vermillion is smeared on it. To become an elegant ornament, it is decorated with golden patterns. To defeat enemies, it is equipped with an iron arrowhead that combines sharpness, softness, and hardness. The armies of gods, protectors, and enemies naturally surround it. Enemies tremble with fear upon seeing it. Friends rejoice upon seeing it. The arrow, accomplished by the miraculous power of the great god White Brahma, is made the basis of reliance. Relying on it, and as a beautiful ornament, five-colored silks from the land of Maha China, blessed by the noble Manjushri, are hung. That white silk shines like a crystal moon, it is the essence of the water element ocean.
