If that is made the permanent torma, then prepare a separate offering torma for daily use and sprinkle it with meat, blood, and nectar. Recite the abbreviated mantra of invocation and blessing offering with Om Ha Ho Hum Hrih (ཨོཾ་ཧ་ཧོཿཧྲཱིཿ，oṃ ha ha hūṃ hrīḥ，om ha ha hum hrih，嗡 哈哈 吽 舍), or offer with visualization. Bhö! Glorious goddess, sovereign of the desire realm, please come here and accept this adorned torma. Please accept this torma of red meat and blood. Please accept this food of Jambudvipa. Please accept this offering torma of the essence of medicine and alcohol. Please accept the important repayment for the work previously entrusted. Now I offer the important request for the work entrusted. Please protect the retinue and avert obstacles, as well as many demons and hindrances. May all enemies who hate and harmful obstructors be destroyed like dust particles. Please accept this torma of red meat and blood, and accomplish the work I have entrusted. Thus, say. Bhö! In the presence of Buddha Shakyamuni, from this day until samsara is empty, in order to pacify diseases and sufferings of the white side, increase life and merit. Attract and gather the black side, and for the work of madness, possession, and killing, in order to protect the teachings, please accomplish these works. If you transgress this, you will have betrayed the words of the Buddhas, may the vajra head of the Buddhas of the three times be shattered. Having made this oath in the presence of the Buddhas, please accomplish the work as promised. For the yogi, myself, and my retinue, please pour down a stream of nectar rain from your mouth, and pacify diseases, evil spirits, and sufferings. Increase life, power, and enjoyment. Increase wealth, crops, piles of grain, and precious livestock. Furthermore, the work I entrust to you is: Cursing the lama and disparaging the dignity of the Three Jewels. For the enemies who obstruct my virtue, and the evil deeds of enemies, ghosts, and curses. Please blow a poisonous wind from your belly, and from your belly cause diseases of the four elements. Let the skin fall to the ground and be smashed, let the five vital organs vomit blood. Let the evil deeds and their retinue be beaten on the chest.

Let the roar of fierce mantras resound in the sky! May this time of death quell the raging plague! Send down ill omens such as fierce beasts and garudas! May the tasks of protecting the Dharma be accomplished! Om ruru ro ru vi tiṣṭha bato si ka mala rakṣa si hūṃ bhyoḥ! (藏文：ཨོཾ་རུ་རུ་རོ་རུ་བི་ཏིཥྛ་བ་ཏོ་སི་ཀ་མ་ལ་རཀྵ་སི་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོཿ，梵文天城体：ॐ रुरु रो रु वि तिष्ठ बतो सि क मल रक्ष सि हुं भ्योः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ruru ro ru vi tiṣṭha bato si ka mala rakṣa si hūṃ bhyoḥ，汉语字面意思：) Destroy all enemies and obstacles, māraya hūṃ phaṭ! For what is lacking, confess the faults with the Hundred Syllable Mantra. If there is a deity image, perform the common stable abiding ritual, and with vajra lāsya rāga yā mi hūṃ! (藏文：བཛྲ་ལཱ་སྱ་རཱ་ག་ཡཱ་མི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：) merge the samaya deity into the inseparable support object and painted image. For cases where there is no deity image, and for the worldly retinues, let them depart with gaccha gaccha svabhāvānāṃ. If there is no deity image at all, then starting from "Om, your sentient beings," etc., recite "vajra muḥ!" (藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：) and shake the cymbals three times, saying, "Practitioner, as you command, I shall do." Having said this, visualize the deity and retinue departing with joy. The auspicious prayer is: Om, in the past, the teachings of the Blessed One Shakyamuni, etc., recite and play music, and shower flowers. Finally, add the seal of dedication and aspiration. From the great cloud of the joyful female lineage of phenomenal existence, may the inexhaustible two siddhis rain down. May this sound of the path-taking practice of the five lives become the beautiful adornment of the youth of the Buddha's teachings! This text was written by the virtuous Karma Deva Shri, because he urged in Chetang, saying, "It must be like this," I, Padma Gar gyi Wangchuk Tsal, in the empty space of Palpung Monastery, Kunzang Dechen Od Sal Ling, on the tenth day of the waxing moon, extracted all the recitation parts from the scriptures and terma without reservation, without any self-creation. The scribe was Mangalam. I confess all faults, and may this virtue benefit the Dharma and sentient beings! Mangalam! The sound of the five lives of offering and supplication to all the goddesses, with Dusolma as the main one.
