仪轨。 能调伏难调者的威神之力， 满足紫黑色忿怒母的意愿， 智慧空行母的…… 饮血独母的…… 护咒忿怒母的…… 一发母的…… 三化身三金刚。 使者智慧世间和， 誓言食肉的空行母， 百万眷属满足其意愿。 刽子手诛杀星曜鬼和， 度母金刚善等， 兄妹作为听命使者， 连同眷属满足其意愿。 令持誓者意愿欢喜满足， 我等罪障得以清净， 息增怀诛四种事业的， 大成就愿能成办。 忏悔文： 吽！ 虽未曾动摇自性法界， 然以大悲力显现忿怒身， 诸佛之教守护持誓众海会， 连同眷属请听我言并垂念。 我等愚昧无明迷惑之心， 为业及烦恼习气所扰动， 虽曾立誓亲近修持诸神祇， 然身之手印未明义未解。 语之真言念诵不净多增减， 意之禅定昏沉掉举为妄念染。 誓物不全供品不齐备， 质劣损毁垢染不净物沾染。 延误错过时之供养食子等， 懈怠修持错谬行持等等。 根本支分誓言违犯诸过失， 深怀惭愧以追悔之心作忏悔。 恳请纳受忏悔与宽恕， 令诸罪障垢染悉皆得清净， 赐予不变究竟殊胜之成就。 念诵“百字明”三遍等，忏悔未能如愿满足之事，并祈请所欲之事业。 此乃为便于日常朵玛仪轨携带，从《成就嬉乐海》之论典中摘录，仅缩减了证悟词句，其余论典词句皆无改动，由舞自在力所汇集。 愿善妙增盛！ 吉祥护咒事业金刚宝鬘。

May the Damchen be pleased and their will fulfilled, May we be purified of our transgressions, And may the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating, Be greatly accomplished. Although not moving from the nature of the Dharmadhatu, Yet arising in a blazing form by the power of compassion, The ocean of oath-bound protectors of the Victorious Ones' teachings, Together with your retinues, please listen to me and consider. We, foolish and ignorant, with minds deluded, Disturbed by karma, afflictions, and habitual tendencies, Although we vowed to propitiate and accomplish you deities, The mudras of the body are unclear, the meaning not understood. The recitation of mantras is impure, with additions, omissions, and confusions, The samadhi of the mind is obscured by dullness, agitation, and thoughts. The samaya substances are incomplete, the support substances not assembled, The materials are inferior, damaged, stained with impurities and dirt. The times for offerings and tormas are delayed and missed, The propitiation and accomplishment are neglected, and the actions are wrong, etc. All the root and branch transgressions of the samayas, We confess with deep regret and remorse. Having accepted our confession and forgiveness, May all the accumulations of transgressions and obscurations be purified, And may you grant the unchanging, supreme, and excellent siddhis. Reciting the "Hundred Syllable Mantra" three times, etc., confessing the things that have not been fulfilled as desired, and entrusting the desired activities.
