慈悲啊！玛哈嘎拉姐妹眷属和部众，护法誓盟者如海的力量，法性法相灭谛道谛的，所有具谛之谛力，愿我与我有关联的一切众生的，疾病邪魔障碍全部寂灭。从八种和十六种怖畏中解脱，十八种非时死不要发生。寿命和福德、财富、权势增长，修行和证悟如上弦月般增长。利生事业在十方一切处兴盛。风、心、显现、有情全部自在摄集。愿成见解脱、听解脱、触解脱。生起次第稳固获得，四种事业成就。从障碍魔军的战场中彻底获胜。生圆双运，将显有证悟为法身。愿一生证得金刚持果位。何时寿命终尽，三处空行母以，各种供养云在前方迎接，愿往生极乐清净刹土。于彼刹土从最胜莲花中化生后，所有与我有关联的众生，愿能以神变无碍地引导至彼刹土。愿于彼刹土圆满地道功德，愿现证无上圆满菩提。那摩 惹那 札雅雅（藏文：ན་མོ་རཏྣ་ཏྲ་ཡཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：नमोरत्नत्रयाय，梵文罗马拟音：namo ratnatrayāya，汉语字面意思：皈依三宝）。根本传承上师、本尊坛城众，三宝和空行护法众，法性法相灭谛道谛的，所有具谛之谛力，以此如是行持之善为代表，我他三世所积一切善根之，威力，愿我与我的父母、上师和，弟子、仆人、施主、家产等，家门口的屠夫和食肉有情类，以食物、财物、佛法结缘的亡者，以及善恶业缘所系的众生，此生寿命长久、无病、修行证悟增长。一旦舍弃不净之身，愿立即化生于极乐世界。愿一生起便迅速超胜十地，以化身于十方利益他众。达雅塔，班杂支扎亚 阿瓦波达那亚 梭哈（藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། པཉྩེ་ནྡྲི་ཡ་ཨ་ཝ་བོ་དྷ་ནཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：तद्यथा। पञ्चेन्द्रिय अव बोधनाय स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā pañcendriya ava bodhanāya svāhā，汉语字面意思：如是，五根，觉悟，梭哈）。如果在这段祈愿文的结尾加上“愿能做到”，就成了祈愿文，如果为了做到而回向，就成了回向文。这是为自他生死等众多众生所作的回向。

Mahakala sisters, entourages, and retinues, the power of the oath-bound Dharma protectors, like an ocean, the truths of cessation and path, the nature of phenomena and phenomena themselves. By the power of truth of all those who possess truth, may all diseases, evil influences, and obstacles of myself and all beings connected to me be pacified. May we be liberated from the eight and sixteen fears. May the eighteen untimely deaths not occur. May life, merit, wealth, and power increase. May experience and realization increase like the waxing moon. May the benefit of beings flourish in all ten directions. May all wind, mind, appearances, and existence be gathered under control. May there be great liberation through seeing, hearing, and touching. May the generation stage be stable, and may the four activities be accomplished. May there be complete victory over the battlefield of obstructing demons. May the unity of generation and completion stages realize appearances and existence as the Dharmakaya. May we attain the state of Vajradhara in one lifetime. When life comes to an end, may the dakinis of the three places greet us with clouds of various offerings, and may we travel to the pure realm of Great Bliss. Having miraculously been born from the most excellent lotus in that realm, may all beings connected to us be led to that realm without hindrance by miraculous power. May the qualities of the stages and paths be perfectly fulfilled in that realm, and may we manifest the unsurpassed, complete enlightenment. As soon as this impure body is abandoned, may we be miraculously born in Sukhavati. As soon as we are born, may we quickly surpass the ten bhumis, and may we benefit others in the ten directions through emanations. Tadyatha, Pañcendriya Ava Bodhanaya Svaha (藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། པཉྩེ་ནྡྲི་ཡ་ཨ་ཝ་བོ་དྷ་ནཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：तद्यथा। पञ्चेन्द्रिय अव बोधनाय स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā pañcendriya ava bodhanāya svāhā，汉语字面意思：如是，五根，觉悟，梭哈). If at the end of this aspiration prayer, one adds "may it be done," it becomes an aspiration prayer, and if one dedicates it for the sake of doing it, it becomes a dedication. This is a dedication for many living and dead beings, both oneself and others.
