གེ་འདུན་ཕྱག་འཚལ་དེང་༴ །སེམས་ཅན་གང་དག་འགྲོ༴། དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་དེང་འདིར་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤོག །ཞེས་སོགས་མཆོག་གསུམ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤློ་ཀ་གསུམ་སོགས་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བས་ཤིས་བརྗོད་གང་རུང་དང་། མཐར། །ཉིན་མོ་བདེ་ལེགས་མཚན་བདེ་ལེགས། སོགས་ཤློ་ཀ་གཅིག །རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་བདག་ཅག་དཔོན་སློབ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཉི་མ་དང་ཟླ་བ་གཟའ་སྒྲ་གཅན་གྱི་ཁ་ནས་ཐར་བ་བཞིན་དུ་འགལ་རྐྱེན་སྤང་བྱ་མི་མཐུན་པའི་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་རྒྱལ་ནས་ཤིན་ཏུ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་བརྗོད་ལ་རོལ་མོ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་པའི་ཕན་ཡོན་ནི་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་ཅིང་བརྗོད་དུ་མི་ལངས་པར་འབྱུང་བར་གསུངས་ལ། ཁྱད་པར་དུ་བན་བོན་གྱི་རྦོད་གཏོང་བྱད་ཁས་གནོད་པ། གཏད་ལ་བཅུག་པ། ན་ཚ་རྒོད་པའི་འཕྲོ་གཅོད་པ། ཡུལ་དུ་ནད་ཡམས་རིམས་ནད་དར་བ། ཕྱུགས་ནད་གོད་ཁ་མང་བ། ཁྱིམ་དུ་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་གདོན་ཞུགས་བ་རྣམས་དང་། སྐར་མ་ངན་པར་ཤི་བ། མ་ཉེས་པའི་ཁ་ཡོག་འོང་བ། མི་ཁ་ཆེ་བ། སྲིའུ་མ་སོས་པ། ནོར་ལ་དཀར་འགོང་འོང་བ། ཐན་དང་རྨི་ལམ་ལྟས་ངན་པ། ལོ་དང་སྤར་ཁ་རྩུབ་པ། མཐུ་ལྟས་བྱུང་བ་སོགས་ལ་འདིའི་ཟློག་པ་བྱས་པས་དེ་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ཟློག་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་ཚད་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པ་མ་གཏོག་བར་ཆད་ཀྱིས་ཟིན་པ་ལ་གནོད་ཚབ་ཆེ་ཆུང་དང་བསྟུན་པའི་ལན་གཅིག །གསུམ། ལྔ། བདུན། དགུ་སོགས་བསྐྱལ་ན་ངེས་པར་སེལ་བ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད་དོ་ཞེས་གོང་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མགྲིན་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྔགས་སོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཡང་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ཡུམ་རྒྱས་འབྲིང་བསྡུས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕན་ཡོན་བསྔགས་པ་ཇི་སྙེད་གསུངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཚུལ་འདི་ལའང་འབྱུང་བར་རིགས་པས་གཏོ་ཟློག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཁྱད་པར་འཕགས་པ་ལུང་དང་རིགས་པ་དང་མྱོང་བས་གྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལྟར་རྒྱ་གར་མཁས་གྲུབ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་བཅུད། དཔལ་ལྡན་ཨ་ཏི་ཤའི་ཡི་དམ། དགེ་བཤེས་པུ་ཏོ་བ་རིན་ཆེན་གསལ། རིང་མོ་འབྱུང་གནས་རྡོ་རྗེ། གྱི་ལྗང་དབུ་དཀར་བ་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་ལེན་འཁྲུལ་མེད་འདི་ལ་སྔ་ཕྱིར་བྱོན་པའི་ཡིག་ཆ་འདྲ་མིན་མང་དུ་མཆིས་པ་ལས། རྩ་བའི་གཞུང་དང་འབྲེལ་ངེས་པའི་ཡིག་ཆ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བཅུད་བླངས་ནས་དག་གཙང་བཀླག་ཆོག་ཏུ་བཀོད་པའོ། །དོན་དམ་དབང་དུ་བགེགས་པས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱང་། །མེད་ཅེས་དཔལ་གྱི་མགུལ་ནས་ལེགས་པར་གསུངས། །ཀུན་རྫོབ་འཁྲུལ་ ངོར་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་མི་བསླུ་བས། རྟེན་ཅིང་འབྲེལ་འབྱུང་ཚུལ་འདིར་ཡིད་ཆེས་འཚལ། །ཤེར་ཕྱིན་མདོ་ལས་དངོས་སུ་བསྟན་པའི་དོན།

祈愿吉祥！所有众生，愿他们一切此刻安乐！如是等，以三宝吉祥颂等三颂为前导，念诵任何吉祥祈愿文。最后，念诵“日安夜安”等一颂。愿瑜伽士我等师徒眷属一切，如从日月星曜罗睺口中解脱般，战胜一切违缘、当舍弃之物以及不顺之境，获得极大的吉祥！如是念诵，并广作乐音。如此行持的利益不可思议，难以言说。特别是，能遣除苯教巫术的诅咒损害、被施加诅咒、疾病猖獗、地方流行瘟疫、牲畜疾病灾害频发、家中鬼神作祟、死于恶星、遭受无端指责、人言可畏、鬼怪无法平息、家畜遭遇邪魔、旱灾以及恶梦凶兆、流年不利、出现妖术等，对此进行禳解，能立即遣除。对于寿命未尽却被障碍缠绕者，根据损害的大小，进行一次、三次、五次、七次、九次等禳解，必定能消除，这是诸位上师一致赞叹的。如是，正如《般若波罗蜜多经》广、中、略中所说的利益赞颂一样，所有这些利益也同样适用于此法，因此，此法比所有镇魔法都更为殊胜，这是通过教证、理证和经验所证实的。如是，此乃印度智者成就者的心髓，是吉祥阿底峡的本尊，是格西普陀瓦仁钦萨、隆摩炯内多吉、吉江邬嘎瓦等人的无谬修法。关于此法，前后出现过许多不同的文献，此处撷取了与根本正文相关的文献精华，整理成干净易读的版本。从胜义谛的角度来说，有魔障甚至连佛陀也不存在，这是吉祥天女亲口说的。但在世俗的迷乱显现中，因果不虚，因此，请相信这缘起之法。这是《般若波罗蜜多经》中直接阐述的意义。

May there be auspiciousness! May all sentient beings be happy and well at this moment! Thus, preceded by the Three Jewels auspicious verses, such as three verses, recite any auspicious prayer. Finally, recite one verse such as "Good day, good night." May all of us yogis, teachers, students, and retinues, like those liberated from the mouths of the sun, moon, planets, and Rahu, overcome all obstacles, things to be abandoned, and unfavorable circumstances, and attain great auspiciousness! Recite thus and make extensive music. The benefits of doing so are said to be inconceivable and beyond words. In particular, it can dispel the harm of curses from the Bonpo sorcery, being subjected to curses, the outbreak of rampant diseases, the spread of epidemics in the area, frequent livestock diseases and disasters, the haunting of ghosts and spirits in the house, death under evil stars, being subjected to false accusations, the fear of public opinion, the inability to pacify ghosts, the occurrence of demons in livestock, droughts and bad omens in dreams, inauspicious years and parkhas, and the occurrence of magical omens. By performing this reversal, it will be reversed immediately. For those whose lifespan has not ended but are caught by obstacles, perform one, three, five, seven, or nine reversals according to the severity of the harm, and it will surely be eliminated without doubt, as praised unanimously by the previous masters. Thus, just as all the benefits praised in the extensive, intermediate, and concise versions of the Prajnaparamita Sutra apply to this method as well, this method is superior to all Torma reversals, as proven by scripture, reason, and experience. Thus, this is the heart essence of the Indian scholars and siddhas, the yidam of the glorious Atisha, the unerring practice of Geshe Putowa Rinchen Sal, Longmo Jungne Dorje, Kyi Jang Ukarwa, and others. Regarding this practice, there are many different documents that have appeared before and after, but here, the essence of the documents related to the root text has been extracted and arranged into a clean and easy-to-read version. From the perspective of ultimate truth, even Buddhas do not exist due to obstacles, as the glorious goddess has said well. But in the confused appearances of conventional truth, cause and effect are infallible, so please have faith in this principle of dependent origination. This is the meaning explicitly taught in the Prajnaparamita Sutra.

对于遣除暂时和长远的障碍，这是极其深奥的。以此书写的功德，愿黑色魔障之方，得以平息，利益安乐如上弦月般增长广大。此法虽为众人所需，但在此处未见清晰的文献，虽传说是弥觉夏（不动足）所著，然亦不像是彼尊之语，且首尾不全。故以利益自他一切之强烈愿望，具功德海、智慧无涯之众，于巴邦（八蚌寺）寂静处修行地书写，愿吉祥增盛！

This is extremely profound for averting immediate and long-term obstacles. By the virtue of composing this, may the forces of black demons and obstructors be pacified, and may benefit and happiness increase greatly like a waxing moon. Although this is needed by everyone, clear documents are not found in this region, and although it is said to have been composed by Mikyo Zhap (Immovable Feet), it does not seem to be the words of that master, and moreover, it is incomplete from beginning to end. Therefore, with the strong intention to benefit oneself and others, it was written by a group with a sea of qualities and boundless wisdom at the practice place of Palpung Yangkhyod (Palpung Monastery's Solitary Retreat). May virtue and auspiciousness increase!
