今年（藏历）的五月、六月、七月，即猴月、羊月、马月这三个月，特别是六月份，吉祥的扎日扎（Tsari Tra）的所依和能依全部显现并转移到这里安住，因此顶层转绕七圈，中间转绕三圈，外围转绕一圈，有七亿倍的功德。总的来说，在伏藏经文中说：无论共同还是特殊，都要以坚定不移的信仰和虔诚，只要来到这里，就能从恶趣中解脱，内外密的轮涅，能圆满福德智慧大资粮。谁做顶礼和转绕，就能消除一切恶业和罪障。胜过在其他地方修行一年，在这里修行一个时辰更为殊胜。谁在此处供养，寿命和福德都会增长。又如《北方经》中说：顶礼一次，转绕一次，就能清净身体的业障。谁能说尽其伟大的功德？能清净一切语言的业障。如果具有极大的信心和定解，更不用说能成就殊胜的果位了。等等，莲花生大师的金刚语多次赞叹，要对此生起信心，具有毫无怀疑的定解，在圣地内禁止杀害飞禽走兽，禁止砍伐花草树木，禁止开山劈石，禁止偷盗抢劫、争斗殴打、寻仇报复等一切不善业，尽力行持会供、供养、放生、献龙王宝瓶、悬挂经幡、念诵经文、顶礼转绕等善业，那么每一件善事都有如上所说的功德利益。因此，无论高低贵贱，都要铭记于心，为了今生来世的利益，在短暂的时间内成就，不要无动于衷，要尽力取舍善恶。这篇劝善文名为《太阳》，由莲花光明密咒洲和不朽持教自在洲于水羊年（1943年）萨嘎月（藏历四月）的吉祥日撰写。萨瓦达卡利亚尼巴瓦图。吉祥！圣地汇聚之门第三。雪域众生的唯一怙主，第二佛莲花生，以及法界之母大乐女王，祈请您垂念加持。祈请您垂念加持，此瞻部洲被吉祥黑汝嘎所加持，自原始以来即已成就的二十四处圣地，三十二处殊胜之地中。

In the fifth, sixth, and seventh months of this year (Tibetan calendar), namely the Monkey month, Sheep month, and Horse month, especially in the sixth month, the glorious Tsari Tra, with its supports and supported, manifestly transfers and abides here. Therefore, circumambulating the top seven times, the middle three times, and the outer perimeter once, has seven hundred million times the merit. In general, the treasure texts say: In all common and special circumstances, with unwavering faith and devotion, merely going to this place will save one from the lower realms. The inner, outer, and secret gatherings will perfect the great accumulation of merit and wisdom. Whoever makes prostrations and circumambulations will purify all bad karma and obscurations. It is more profound to spend one session here than to practice for a year elsewhere. Whoever makes offerings in this place will increase their lifespan and merit. Furthermore, the Northern Sutra says: Making one prostration and one circumambulation will purify the physical obscurations. Who can describe the great qualities? It will purify all verbal obscurations. If one has great faith and certainty, what need is there to mention the attainment of supreme realization? Thus, with faith in the Vajra words of Orgyen Guru Rinpoche, which are repeatedly praised, and with unwavering certainty, one should refrain from killing birds and wild animals within the sacred site, from cutting grass and trees, from breaking rocks and moving earth. Abandoning non-virtuous actions such as stealing, robbing, fighting, and harboring grudges, one should perform virtuous deeds such as tsok gatherings, offerings, life releases, offering Longta, raising prayer flags, recitations, prostrations, and circumambulations to the best of one's ability. Each of these will undoubtedly have the benefits mentioned above. Therefore, everyone, high and low, should keep this in mind and strive to accomplish the ultimate goals of this life and the next in a short time, without indifference, and diligently practice what to adopt and abandon. This exhortation letter, named "The Sun," was written by Pema Osel Do-ngak Lingpa and Chimé Tennyi Yutrung Lingzung on an auspicious day in the Saga month (Tibetan April) of the Water Sheep year (1943). In this land of Tibet, the only great sacred place where the mandala of the glorious Chakrasamvara actually resides is the glorious Tsari Tra. Therefore, it is certain that in the fifth, sixth, and seventh months of this Wood Sheep Year (Tibetan Wood Sheep Year), that is, the Monkey Month and the Sheep Month, the general sacred place where the three roots reside, and in particular the mandala of the glorious Tsari Tra, manifest and the heroes and heroines gather to enjoy.
