The View and Practice of Great Other-Emptiness Madhyamaka, called 'Immaculate Vajra Moonlight'. The View and Practice of Great Other-Emptiness Madhyamaka, called 'Immaculate Vajra Moonlight'. This is the treatise called 'The View and Practice of Great Other-Emptiness Madhyamaka, called 'Immaculate Vajra Moonlight'. The ultimate, irreversible Dharma, the teachers and holders of the teachings, placing them in the essential point of the heart, here I will briefly write about the view and practice of Madhyamaka. There are three aspects to this: the source from which it comes, the actual view and practice, and the explanation of the benefits. The first also has two aspects: general and specific. In general, it is not that there is deception or untruth in the Buddha's teachings that the distinction between provisional and definitive meaning is established. Rather, it is based on the difference in the intelligence of beings, whether they are able to enter the realm of the inconceivable or not. Like feeding a child, the first turning of the wheel of Dharma will surely lead to liberation from samsara, the second turning of the wheel of Dharma reverses the clinging to characteristics, and the third By clearly distinguishing the meaning of reality, such as existence and non-existence, right and wrong, etc., the first turning of the wheel of Dharma is of provisional meaning, the second turning of the wheel of Dharma is mixed of provisional and definitive meaning, and the last turning of the wheel of Dharma is of definitive meaning, unsurpassed. These are confirmed by sutras such as the Samdhinirmocana Sutra, and not only are they established by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, which cannot be surpassed, but also the profound meaning is gradually revealed, fully complete, and also confirmed by direct perception. However, the second turning of the wheel of Dharma teaches that what is non-existent is called non-existent, which is the appearance of conventional truth; the last turning of the wheel of Dharma teaches that what is existent is called existent, which is the emptiness of ultimate truth. Therefore, the second and last turnings of the wheel of Dharma, and the two great chariots that pioneered them, have the same viewpoint, as Shantipa and others believe. Among them, the last turning of the wheel of Dharma, the twenty sutras of definitive meaning essence, the Five Treatises of Maitreya, rely on the treatises of Nagarjuna and Asanga. From the two translators, Gyuwa Tsan, until now, various traditions of teaching and practice of Other-Emptiness have appeared in Tibet. Among them, the great pioneers of the chariot tradition are Omniscient Rangjung Dorje, Omniscient Dolpopa, and Omniscient Drime Ozer. The Seventh Je, Zilungpa Chen, Taranatha, and the Sun of the Teachings, etc., are surely abiding on the level of the noble ones, and as the spiritual friends of the complete teachings, without being biased towards any side, those who possess the eye of Dharma have also established it through hearing, thinking, and meditating.

All their scriptures appear with this as their support. Moreover, the ultimate intention of the noble beings who, through the union of hearing, thinking, and meditation, see the reality without distortion, must ultimately converge on this alone. In particular, the profound view and practice were brilliantly expounded by Maitripa, the master of the meaning of the Uttaratantra, and transmitted through the lineage of Kachen Rinchen Dorje of U and Sajjana of Kashmir, etc., through the path of common view and practice and the empowerment of the transference of blessings to Jetsun Lhodrakpa. Maha Mudra, renowned throughout the Kagyu lineage as the uncommon union of Sutra and Tantra, the former of the two will be explained here. Secondly, regarding the actual view and practice, there is also the independent system of the Sutra tradition, and the way it is combined with the profound system of the Tantra tradition. The first is further divided into two ways: what needs to be understood and what needs to be practiced. First, believing in the infallibility of cause and effect is said to be the correct view of worldly people, and on this basis, one must rely on a profound view that transcends the three realms. Among them, the Shravakas believe in the absence of a self of the person, the Pratyekabuddhas believe in the falsity of what is grasped, the Yogacharas believe in the wisdom of the two emptinesses, and the common Madhyamikas believe that all phenomena are empty of their own nature. Although experiencing through the practice of these principles, they are far from the Buddha because they are completely entangled by the three: mind, concepts, and distorted views, and have not realized the non-dual wisdom. So, who experiences the non-dual wisdom? It is seen by the wisdom of the noble ones who are characterized by signs, and by those who are in accordance with it, who have tamed their minds through their respective uncommon methods of hearing, thinking, and meditation. The latter is further divided into two. Those who assert the absence of inherent existence believe that all phenomena from form to omniscience are like a rabbit's horn and the child of a barren woman, and that emptiness, which is not observable in reality and cannot be established anywhere, is the appearance that appears in interdependence without ceasing, and is thoroughly decided by the five great reasonings of Madhyamika. In the main practice, just as rubbing wood to make fire, both the rubbing wood and the rubbing tool are burned by the fire, and finally the fire itself naturally goes out, after the attachment and conceptual thoughts have been measured by the discriminating mind, the wisdom of the discriminating mind itself also becomes the object of focus.
